Let me start by saying the staff is AMAZING. The reviews definitely reflect the level of GREAT SERVICE you will get while dining here.

The servings are GINORMOUS so you get your money's worth and you will have enough leftover for another meal!!!

I wanted so much to like the Turkey dinner unfortunately it was not enjoyable (no i didnt complain because the waitress was really great). The turkey and mashed potatoes were excellent. You have to pay an addition $3 for tiny serving of cranberry sauce and literally BOXED stuffing so very disappointed with that. The gravy is what really did in the dish for me....dark brown, canned or packaged gravy that was soooo bad. It needs real turkey gravy and it would turn this dish from dreadful to delicious!!!

I've literally never seen a piece of chicken parmesan as big as the one my daughter received...just wow is all can say. The penne cooked to perfection and red sauce tastes homemade with lots of flavor.

The Fisherman's platter will fill you up fast. It is pricey at $30 but you get ALOT of seafood. Regular fries are hand cut and very good.

The bacon cheeseburger and coleslaw were very good too.

The other customer's dining near us were VERY happy with their meals too. The chicken stirfry looked really yummy and they were raving about the fish tacos.

I would give this place another try...

Chef Deivid is a master chef from Brazil who spent extensive time in the Boston area where he served as a consultant to many restaurants in order to help them improve sales and practices. He has now purchased his own restaurant in Brownfield, Maine located just 20 minutes from North Conway, NH and his food is amazing! He opened the restaurant in the winter just before being shut down due to COVID 19 so his first year has had its share of challenges but he continues to push through and support his community as they support him. People in the community appreciate him so much that they were making donations to help keep him afloat. He took those donations and put them right back into the community by making 5.00 meals and having them delivered to random people in the community that were chosen by long time residents who knew who might benefit most from his kindness! He is environmentally conscious, cares about his community, makes fantastic food, offers breakfast, lunch and dinner from 8 AM to 8 PM (where do you find that!?) and he is growing and evolving with lots of surprises to be revealed in coming months. It takes a lot of sacrifice and commitment to start a restaurant and he has proven his ability to do it. He is a natural leader and has developed excellent waitstaff who are eager to serve in a way that appreciates...

I did love this place. Especially for breakfast. I even told them they had the best Reuben I had ever had. I have lived in many States to vouch for that. He actually put what I set up on a sign. Best ruben in .... The people were friendly. *One day I came close to closing. Not realizing it was close to closing. I came close to the very end. I ordered a meal and they gave me the wrong meal. I let them know they gave me the wrong meal. Asked for correction. It made him mad that he had to make another meal. What I actually asked for. I had cancer and survey. I had to be careful what I ate at that time. 🚫🚫 So he didn't cook the vegan Burger at all. He left it raw and put it on my plate. When they really could have just said, it's really late would you mind coming back another time. I would have frequented this restaurant. For this very reason. I will never step foot in it again. However, I will tell you their food is good. Just don't p them off even if it was unintentional. Eat what they tell you to eat. Even when they screw up. It was the very 1st time I had ever spoken up about any meal that was not correct. Because I. Because I had health issues that I had to be careful what I had. I hate having to give a bad review. Especially when their...

Don’t go here, seriously. There was no one else here and it still took close to 45 minutes for the food to come out COLD. I feel bad for the people working here. Want a side salad? Enjoy the 6 dollar price for a salad the size of your hand. Want to take some of your cold food home? Enjoy paying a hidden fee for the to go containers. But just a heads up, they won’t tell you about this hidden fee! This place is a joke and I can’t believe they are in business let alone get away with this for a price tag that will give you severe sticker shock. Read between the lines on their reviews. I have a feeling they’re paying people to write five star reviews or are creating false accounts to give themselves good reviews. The truth in this place is within all of the honest reviews that blatantly warn everyone of this scam of a restaurant. Good luck sugar shack, you’re going to need it. I’d give it one star but we all know that isn’t an option.

My first time at the new location was extremely disappointing. We arrived at 5:25pm and there were only two other tables with customers. We ordered at 5:40 and it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive, after I had to leave the table and find the server. Instead of bringing the salad first they brought it all at once. We had to eat fast because the hot food was barely warm. When we asked for a take out container for the salad we were informed it would cost extra. We heard an older couple seated just after us in the next booth ask for oyster crackers. They were still waiting for their dinner and were that hungry. It did not look short staffed. Perhaps because it hasn’t been opened long at the new location, but compared to the old place it was a let down.
