Forest service at the drive-thru. Female taking the order could not hear or understand what I was saying. I was a little irritated cuz I had to order whatever she could hear so really wasn't what I wanted.. I got to the window and I asked the man at the window if they still sold "fajita fries".. he said yes and turned around and told her that I wanted a different kind of fries. The female comes to the drive-thru and starts yelling at me that I said I ordered something else I got upset and told her that I was not going to be arguing with her and just give me whatever I paid for so I can leave. I didn't ask for aamager ao.i thought I would just my food and leave. By this point I'm already upset and I am waiting for my food and this man comes out with the menu and starts show me a paper menu not sure who he was he might have been a manager or owner he didn't introduce himself. At this point I'm irritated and I just want to leave I asked him why he was showing me this and asked him if he thought it was my fault that the order wasn't taken correctly he said no he just wanted to show me what was on the menu and I asked him if it was the same menu as the one back there. He said yes. I told him at this point I didn't appreciate the staff yelling at me and I just wanted to get what I ordered and leave. I was upset so I told him if I can just get what I paid for I have been waiting a.few minutes he replied by saying "well it takes him to cook mamasita'. I think being called " Mamasita'' was what didn it for for me. I don't like that. I told him well it feels like forever when you are somewhere where you don't want to anymore and I just want to leave since I already paid. He tells me he just wanted me to make sure I eeciwved what I had ordered and walked away while I was talking. He back to the window and I told him I didn't appreciate him walking away while I was speaking he replies sarcastically stating that I was the one complaining that I've been waiting for a long time and I said yes again it feels that it's been a long wait when you just want to leave. He started explaining what they had on the menu and what I was ordering they have never had there before so we agreed that I might have misunderstood or misspoke about how to order this particular food which is the fajita fries ok that was fine I admit I could have been mistaken I decided to ask him for my money back and that I did not appreciate getting yelled at by his staff his reply is really that's odd because she's one of my best after he gave me my money back I gave him the product and I told him I would rather waste my money on something I didn't order somewhere else and he will not have my business anymore his reply but that's okay because for everyone customer I lose I gave five more he gave me a sarcastic smile sarcastic wink and slap the window I drove away because it wasn't worth it anymore he left me talking by myself sulfur that I think that was a cowardly thing to do I didn't even ask for a manager or anything from the beginning but either way it was a...
Read moreDecent tacos, but the experience is heavily overshadowed by serious issues that make it hard to recommend. The food is flavorful, with the carne asada and al pastor being standouts, but the prices are outrageous, and it’s clear the owner, Randy, is squeezing every penny out of customers.
Randy’s greed is impossible to ignore. Every time inflation hits, he jacks up prices on food and even small extras like salsa or napkins, which feels like a blatant cash grab. It’s as if he’s passing every cost increase directly to customers without absorbing any himself. You can tell he’s obsessed with the bottom line—there’s no warmth or care for the customer experience, just a focus on profit. I’ve seen him nickel-and-dime people for things that should be standard, like a side of hot sauce or an extra tortilla. It leaves a bad taste, no matter how good the tacos are.
On top of that, the parking lot is a nightmare. It’s way too tight, with barely enough room to maneuver, especially during busy hours. Getting in and out feels like a high-stakes puzzle, and it’s a huge inconvenience for anyone just trying to grab a quick bite.
Overall, Julio’s might have some tasty offerings, but Randy’s overcharging and profit-driven attitude, combined with the frustrating parking situation, make it a place I’d rather avoid. There are better taco spots out there that don’t make you feel like you’re...
Read moreI enjoy going to this restaurant. The food is fantastic they have the best hamburger you could ever want, it's perfect! I am not a person who orders a hamburger. The reason is because they never deliver on what a hamburger should look or taste like. They are spot on I enjoyed every single bite and ate all of it. The bun is perfectly toasted it does not get soggy because they put excessive amount of condiments on it. If I do order a hamburger somewhere I though most of it away. Also I love their chalupas I don't know how they make them so crispy but they are so good, I order mine with the cheese on top of the beans melted and they always get it perfect. All of their food is fantastic including their breakfast tacos. Everybody that works there are very kind and polite Randy the owner is always so friendly he goes out of his way to speaks to people that are there making sure their food is good and everything is the way they ordered it. I appreciate his concern for his customers. I guess that's why is customers continue coming back and anyone who tries them for the first time I know you're going to love it. I do not live or work in this area however I try every chance I can to get over to Julio's to enjoy a meal. It...
