Gigi's Route 6 Diner — Restaurant in Corry

Tried first time. Won't be coming back. Sat close to kitchen and got to actually watch food being prepared. Couldn't believe they handled our food with bare hands. The cooks assistant wiped his hands on his sweat shirt then put our toast on our plates. Our food sat on the shelf getting cold for 7 minutes timed it to see how long the waitress would ignore it while chatting with friends. Now the food. My son wouldn't touch it after watching it prepared plus it was cold. The bacon was literally uncooked. My pancakes were like rubber, I actually had to saw through them with a knife. My hashbrowns were a greasy mess, should have been called mashed potatoes with butter. My 2 eggs were okay and my wheat toast was passable. My sausage was rock hard. I ate 1 piece of toast and the eggs. I tried a bite of my pancakes but spit it into my napkin. Waitress asked if all was OK. I tried to let it go but she insisted so I told her the truth, she got mad and threw us out. I offer to pay but she insisted we leave. Although my son didn't eat his so. The restaurant was clean and seemed to be pleasant. Really busy so maybe we just tried it on an off day but I won't go back. Trying to give...

Gigi's have customers for life after today's visit. My kids and I visited for my baby girl's first birthday. The waitress was on top of everything and great with my kiddos. She even took my son for a spin on one of the chairs. I know it made him feel special. :) The food came fast with more than enough for us to eat. Pictured is their club sandwich with one stack. It was way bigger than I had anticipated! Also my son had a hot dog and fries with more than enough for him to eat. We splurged with a big ole slice of cake to split to celebrate my daughter's birthday. It was fresh, delicious, and there were only crumbs left. They went above and beyond and I really appreciated it. So if anyone reads this, thank you to the waitress, I'm sorry I didn't get your name. You were amazing!...

I attended an event here for a group. It was my first visit to Gigi's. The food was all pretty reasonably priced, the portion sizes were slightly small except the soup when my "bowl" came out it was definitely more cup sized. The food taste was good but I will definitely ask for my fries to be a bit crispier next time. I had a Chicken Bacon Swiss Sandwich with Fries and a Bowl of Ham and Potato Soup. The flavor the soup was well developed and the sandwich had quality ingredients. Our server was AMAZING!! One woman handled our whole party of nearly 30 and everyone was well cared for!! The main dining room has a wonderful Olde Timey atmosphere and the party room was clean and well sized for a group of up to 30 maybe 35. I would visit Gigi's again sometime and will recommend...
