I really like this food truck! Overall 5 stars but the reason service gets 4 is because sometimes the orders aren’t quite right. It’s typically a minor thing and I blame the noise from the generator being the cause. Despite the mix ups sometimes, I never am disappointed. Example: one time while ordering mulitas, i also ordered tacos. But the taco order was another set of mulitas. Still the food was excellent and my husband got to try something new. Second time I ordered two mulitas but only got one. I honestly don’t think she heard me say 2 so that’s my bad. They are super filling and delicious šŸ˜‹. The menu does favor those who eat meat but you can make nearly everything vegetarian. I think there are about 3 items that can’t be vegetarian. The quesadillas are priced with meat in mind so they are expensive if you get them without meat. The best value in my opinion for vegetarian options are the Mulitas and the Taco bowl. Overall: great food truck and I most definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys Mexican cuisine. šŸ¤—

Amazing little local food truck, the tacos are super good. The tripe, lengua, burria, Al pastor, and pollo are super good! The flan is good all though pricey. I especially like the burria ramen, the only thing about it is when you get home the oil stays at the top so you have to strain it out. The quesadillas are super good too. Jarrittos are a little pricey too but honestly worth it. The staff here are super nice and very helpful with what each item is. Sometimes the orders get mixed up, I blame the loud generator they use for the stoves. Our flan got mistaked with a plate of tacos once, although it made us a little sad l the tacos were very good! We come almost every week on saturdays and it is normally super quick for us to get our tacos. Always a great lunch. Overall: Super good tacos, flan, b-ramen, and quesadillas. Very quick and lots of parking. Love eating local!

The best Mexican food you’ll find around here. -The adobada(Al pastor) actually has pineapplešŸ˜‹ -they offer lengua(beef tongue) and tripas(tripe) -They have horchata and Jamaica(hibiscus water) -You can easily order online. One thing is, I wish the veggie burrito included a variety of veggies, maybe fajita veggies or mushrooms. It is just a regular burrito without any meat: beans, lettuce, and cheese.

The chef that designed these menu items did an amazing job. The subtleties and combinations of the menu items and truly a singularity among all the other restaurants and food trucks I’ve tried. Even the hot sauce is so well designed that while it is ā€œhotā€, the hot doesn’t over power its own very unique flavor. It almost seems like a mild fusion style. The cheese is mozzarella, not the normal cheddar or jack I find in all other restaurants.

I’ve had the Quesabirria, the Burrito, Birria Raman, and the (I think it’s called) Adabodo Sopitas? It isn’t on the main menu, it was on a dry erase board.

I recommend all of these. I’m going back to try all the other menu items as well.

The prices are affordable and notably less than what one would pay at a sit down restaurant - and nothing as predictable as I’ve ever tasted at a restaurant.

Well done chef(s) - whomever you are. As long as you stay there, I will come by for all my...
