It is clear that you are an outstanding chef. The chicken was so perfect. It is clear to me that the oil was at the perfect temperature before you added the traditionally breaded chicken. My family and I absolutely love helenas . The food is fantastic, it is all handmade with love . You're treated like family the second you walk through the door .
