It's one of the few stores that we have in our town. For the most part, at least from all the times I've gone there, they're always out of something. The staff is ok for the most part. But if you have a problem, it's a hit or miss if they'll make it right. For example, went there to order a burger (while supply was available lol and the burger was so tough that you could barely sink your teeth into it. So brought it back and the lady felt the need to argue right from the start. No inspection of the burger was made; just it was impossible that it was a bad burger because they received it on the truck that same day. Not that it had a possibility of being under/over cooked, neither a possibility that it could've just been a bad burger; I was just wrong and needed to take it back home. I ordered chicken fried steak and the cashier interrupted me and said we are out of the white gravy is that okay (SMFH!). I said no problem just give me two of the mashed potatoes. She said sorry we're out of the mashed potatoes also. Sorry does not make everything right. I just left and got me a taco out of the store. I will be following up with corporate.
