Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Cotulla

It's one of the few stores that we have in our town. For the most part, at least from all the times I've gone there, they're always out of something. The staff is ok for the most part. But if you have a problem, it's a hit or miss if they'll make it right. For example, went there to order a burger (while supply was available lol and the burger was so tough that you could barely sink your teeth into it. So brought it back and the lady felt the need to argue right from the start. No inspection of the burger was made; just it was impossible that it was a bad burger because they received it on the truck that same day. Not that it had a possibility of being under/over cooked, neither a possibility that it could've just been a bad burger; I was just wrong and needed to take it back home. Luckily someone else jumped in and was willing...

No macaroni and cheese, no coleslaw, dirty rice isn't even an option, and didn't tell me they didn't have spicy until I got my food, that's the whole point of church's is spicy chicken. And since they were out of everything, I had no choice but potatoes and gravy, which there is never enough gravy, so I asked the guy for extra gravy and he said we don't do that. You don't solve issues and make customers happy, issues that you created, noted. And while I was waiting for my food I heard a customer say spicy, so I tried to get the guys attention twenty times but he just ignored me. Don't waste your time coming here. They're always out of something. I'm not big on Church's Chicken but I do like the chicken fried steak. I ordered chicken fried steak and the cashier interrupted me and said we are out of the white gravy is that okay (SMFH!). I said no problem just give me two of the mashed potatoes. She said sorry we're out of the mashed potatoes also. Sorry does not make everything right. I just left and got me a taco out of the store. I will be following up with corporate. I feel sorry for the people in this town getting treated like this. They don't have much to choose from. Churches needs to go so a better restaurant can open up in its place or start having all menu...
