Casey's — Restaurant in Council Bluffs

Worst experience at Casey’s after being a long time customer I will never go to Memorial Highway Cayseys again. I walked in about 6:50 PM. Lady in the back leaned up on her phone I assumed my pizza was in the oven and she gave me looks like she didn’t wanna deal with the customer and face back in her phone. after 20 minutes standing there not being acknowledged I finally said something behold my pizza was sitting there waiting for me. I I told the ladys you know I’ve been standing here nobody’s acknowledged me that my pizza was ready she turned defensive when I was gonna walk away and accept it but her attitude changed my mind. employees could of took the time to say “sir how can I help you ,are you here for a pizza “ this all could’ve been avoided but instead they want to ignore a customer. I know the employees do not care but hopefully the higher ups care about how they treat customers.after dropping some of my order on the floor, she offers to remake what what she dropped. I asked her I would like all of it remade. Which she replies to me “I’m not remake it” . Her coworker tells her to remake it.she does. she begins and she’s dragging it at this point trying to make me wait even longer. I then asked again to simply give me a refund because at this point it’s almost been an hour since I was supposed to have this order completed. the another employee had the audacity to tell me “I bet you won’t get a refund “.I had another employee call the manager he gave me my refund. so they had the young lady make my pizza order all over again for nothing. Employees say that it’s my fault that I wasn’t helped when they saw me standing there for 20 mins where it says “pizza pickup” after I say some thing then they want to ignore me because they rather not deal with the customer. They rather not do their jobs because they simply don’t care the customer service and quality has gone to hell. I arrived at 6:50 and left there with a refund at 7:45. While on the clock you should at least act like you care. No one forced...

Just rude, I made a mistake on my order called in to cancel it. 20 minutes I tried calling the store to fix my order and had to call another store to get a different number to get a hold of them to fix it. The kitchen worker said it's already done, my reply is I've been calling for 20 minutes to cancel, she snapped back and said "fine I'll cancel it and slammed the phone down. Never again.... Finding a new favorite pizza place. Manager said when I called back "she's busy" does that excuse rudeness? Nope! Keep treating customers this way and excusing bad employees behavior and you'll have...

I stopped off at the store from time to time when I’m doing work errands. it’s a good stop for a quick drink or a slice of pizza. The hours are convenient and they are open daily. I would recommend decluttering the store as it always seems jampacked and overwhelming.
