Lipstix — Restaurant in Council Bluffs

I just called to see if the working conditions had gotten any better and I got hung up on by some mean old lady. Y’all say you’ve been desperate for dancers since November yet when a professional performer calls you’re rude and unprofessional.

I went one day and the prices are not right. Not enough. I asked y’all to get some real chairs. No one’s going because the working conditions aren’t enough. It’s nothing personal

At rhino I made bank but lipstix doesn’t clean, have chairs that we can actually dance on, there’s no real pole. Y’all need a remodel period.

I would go if y’all could do that. Also I’m tryna work during the day not in the middle of the night. That’s too crazy for me. There’s like no bouncers either. Let me know when you have actual bouncers, comfortable couches for dances, a remodeled dressing room, maybe a deep cleaning or two, people answering the phones actually answering the phones and being polite, an actual stage and an HR team. You can’t blame everyone else when y’all don’t put in any effort for the club let alone customers or the dancers. I said what I said and you know who I am so you can call me. My friend and I had just came in. Hadn’t even gotten the chance to sit down yet. We went to the bar for drinks before we went to throw some money. I ordered her a lemon drop shot, and myself a lemon drop drink. That big yt bartender man started cussing at us and looking at us crazy saying that there was no such thing as a lemon drop drink and that a lemon drop shot was “only lemon flavored vodka” and then just walked away like all he was the security guard behind that counter not knowing what HES talking about. Maybe hire actual bartenders idk.. So I asked my friend if she wanted something different instead and after paying $20 to get in within 4 minutes of arriving we just left. After finally going here myself I can honestly say it is not that bad. The girls are decent and the drink prices aren't terrible. There is not an actual pole by the way they are hanging on pipes lol. I can see how some people get their cars broken into. Thankfully I got a spot close to the doors so that wasn't an issue. Definitely more of a racist crowd also.
