Greek's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Country Club Heights

My family and I went to a movie in Alexandria since it is so much cheaper than Muncie AMC. We are from Yorktown so it isn't too far from our home. The movie got over at 9:00pm and the wife really wanted pizza. She called into Greeks and the lady said do to lack of help they shut down a little early since it was her and her husband working the place. (Can't say I blame her!) They said they can make a pizza but we would have to pay in cash since the drawer was closed out for the evening. We never carry cash so we passed. We were bummed but we were just going to go home and eat more turkey. LOL... NO KIDDING!! they called my wife back on her cell phone and told her that it was weighing on their heart that they had to turn us away and they were wanting to fix my family a pizza on the house! We first told them don't worry about it but they were insistent that we turn the car around and come back. Well we stopped at Casey's and withdrew cash because it was nice enough to make us a pizza we couldn't accept it for free! Well she never took our money and insisted we just take the pizza. I can't believe the generosity of these people! Part of me wants to help them part time for free even though I have a salary job just to help them out! I can tell you that this place will be out #1 go to from now on when it's pizza night! So long PIZZA KING.... Hello...

Update: After posting this review I did receive a call from the owner of the store offering me a credit on a future pizza.

I ordered a pizza with "white sauce" when I got it home there was no sauce. I called and the manager told me their white sauce is just melted garlic butter. I think pizza industry standards is white sauce is some form of Alfredo/cream sauce. She offered no solution and hung up on me. It was $22 for a medium pizza that is basically crust with toppings. Beware if you want a cream sauce pizza. I double checked the description on the website and nowhere does it explain what "their white sauce" is I would have expected a partial refund or coupon toward future order. Especially since I had ordered 3 pizzas totalling almost $70. Very...

Usually great pizza! But depends who and what days! Stick with standard pizzas the specialty pizzas typically are not the same from one order to the next. Flavor though is great for a franchise! Stick with the Marinara for your base! Also order extra cooked/burnt or it will be soggy with 3 or more toppings!
