Not the greatest ordering interaction. Felt very rushed. It was not busy. Additionally, all of the components of my breakfast sandwich were thrown randomly into the bag, and I had to reassemble the sandwich myself. 15 bucks for coffee and a breakfast sandwich and to get treated like a problem? No thanks.
Edited went back in a pinch for some time and the experience was even worse. Spent five minutes, trying to order my food with the clerk going in and out of conversation with me and multiple others I ordered a latte with a shot of extra espresso. They gave me two drinks it seems like no matter how simple I try to make my order they can never get it right. While Iām trying to clarify my order at the window, another woman is yelling. What do they have left because they didnāt have very many munchkins. I wasnāt upset or bothered by any of this, but the way they were all freaking out and acting was offputting. Then when I pulled forward to put my two drinks together, I was sarcastically asked if everything was all right then when I said oh, Iām just putting the extra shots of espresso in the latte tea again sarcastically said OK. I carry myself with respect as I have bad anxiety and dont want to upset other people, especially in the work force. I go to the counter and let the lady know that my drink is made wrong, itās usually darker and sweeter. A different employee comes up and tries to explain to me that the drink I order every day, isnāt sweet dark or sweet because of the things I put into it. I let her know that I order this drink daily and itās never been like that. She then proceeded to aggressively make my drink. (which was made correctly the second time) Most of the times we go there, we have some sort of issue with the drinks we order, and we order them correctly as weāve worked at a Dunkinā in the past. I donāt know if employees need to be retrained, or if they need to get rid of the drive thru timers, but quality needs to start being addressed and time needs to be a lower priority, especially if drinks and food...
