Casa Grande in Fairfield Glade — Restaurant in Crab Orchard

Honestly I’m kind of upset with the way we were treated here. We came an hour before closing and they were debating if we could eat there or not. Instead of sitting us with other people that were in the restaurant, they seated us in an area alone right in front of the register and would keep staring at us and trying to hurry us up. Our waitress was awful, she was rude and kept pressuring us to order and leave. She was older, had red hair, wouldn’t look us in the face, and when I asked her about a dish she didn’t know anything about it and gave me weird looks.

The worst part is that throughout all of this, so many people showed up to eat and they let them all in and seated them in normal areas. I don’t know why this establishment treated us this way and I’m disappointed by the service. I didn’t like being stared at the entire time while I was eating by the 5 staff in front.

The food was okay, we didn’t have a good experience and with the waitress rushing us, not refilling our drinks, etc it just wasn’t worth it. We weren’t comfortable and we still had time before the restaurant closed. I wouldn’t come back...

Me, my sister and her friend came into this restaurant around 4:15 PM on 06/06/24. The waitress asked us what would like to drink my sisters friend replied a margarita on ice, my sister replied she would have the same. I actually ordered a frozen Texas margarita. When the waitress returned she had their margaritas both frozen. My sisters friend said we didn't order frozen and my sister said hers would be okay they returned the one frozen for one on size. T hem mine came not frozen even though the waitress had written down as frozen. I told her mine was supposed to be frozen she picked it up and returned with it not frozen said they didn't have knowing good and well the person making the drinks wasn't going to fix the mistakes the second time around. My sister and her friend ordered food I chose not to because what else was this waitress going to screw up. Next time I'll drive another 9 miles to another Mexican restaurant. I would never step foot in this...

We ordered fajitas del Mar and Tropical fajitas wich BOTH WERE TO CONTAIN SCALLOPS THEY SERVED US BOTH ORDERS ....WITHOUT THE SCALLOPS .. NO ONE EVER MENTIOND THEY WERE ...OUT OF SCALLOPS . ..WE HAD TO ASK ABOUT THE NO SCALLOPS IN BOTH ORDERS ...THE WAITRESS SAID THEY GAVE US MORE SHRIMP ..BUT FAILED TO ASVISE US THEY WER OUT OF SCALLOPS .... SORRY YOU LOOSE ..YOU SERVED US BOTH DISHES WHICH WE ORDERED SPACIFICALY FOR THE SCALLOPS ... THIS TIME YOU GET A 3 STAR FOR YOUR UNINFORMING US AND SERVING US WHAT YOU WANTED .....AND NOT WHAT WE ASKED FOR .. . WE HAVE VISITED YOUR CROSSVILLE LOCATION SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO ERRORS ...BUT WE FELT WE SHOLD GO TO FAIRFIELD GLADE TO SEE IF THE SERVICE OR FOOD WAS ANYTHING OF BETTER STANDARDS ...
