Ann's Authentic Thai — Restaurant in Craig

Well this was a great bite! Fast service 15 minutes or so, so you know its made to order fresh. The customer service was over the top helping to explain what flavors are in each dish.

Ordered the #1 shrimp: This was great to satisfy that sweet and sour sauce flavor I was looking for. The only thing I would like different is the veggies to be cooked more. Otherwise adding a side of rice was the best idea as it needed it.

#7 beef: This was really delicious and praised to be chefs favorite, I can see why. The beef was tender and juicy. Mild heat was perfectly enjoyable.

Prices are normal compared to restaurants nearby, also I like to think I am paying for their expertise in making these dishes as we cook alot we often try to imitate them however this restaurant/ food truck proves they...

I was driving across from Steamboat to Dinosaur National Monument. Feeling hungry I stopped for lunch at Craig. I was surprised to see a Thai restaurant in this some what remote town. I was very skeptical about it. But after eating standard American country food, fast food and Mexican food for days on the road, I really wanted to eat Thai.
