30 to 45minute wait times. Missing food. I paid over $16 for food for it to be wrong, then i was argued with over it. This is not for first offense. And my rating was 5 stars. Now it's 1.

You tie up your carryout bags so many times to hide your known mistakes. 8 knots in a Bag is excessive and inconvenience to customers who need to check their food. Someone with management skills in this company needs to fix this store. New employees are just being taught bad habits.

The last time you contacted me you immediately asked who the window person was. Their not the issue your need to root out who train these people and quit blaming the low man and make your management responsible. I don't want contacted or comped for my meal I'm done there's other less...

Asked for the pot roast on Friday the 8th, out of mashed potatoes, passed on it. Went back on 8-11. Asked again out of mashed potatoes, so decided on 1 biscuit and gravy. Woman who took my order was very nice, polite. Got my gravy biscuit pulled over to foodland to eat it, opened it up. I found 2 little biscuits swimming in gravy SOUP, NOT THICK, WATERED DOWN not even mixed well. I went straight back said look at this shit. She was the cashier not the cook, she went back showed the cook, all she did was throw her hands up like "oh well I got caught". I yelled I just want my money back. Tudors maybe time to shut the doors, ya think? Will never, ever go back. Absolutely...

Food was excellent. I highly recommend their hot dogs. The girl at checkout was super friendly and helpful. Oct.18th at 10 am One very huge issue though . There was a lady working in the back . She was only one in the place without gloves on. She handled bare handed the food at her station . I mentioned it to counter girl. When I left nothing had changed . We cancelled the part of our order from that area . Fryer area. It is always an issue to work without gloves. But in a covid era it is unbelievable that this happens.
