I will just paste a copy of the message I sent them via private messenger. It explains my experience pretty well. I didn't want to post a negative review without giving them a chance to respond. But the message was sent quite a long time ago now and they have failed to respond. I wouldn't even have complained about the difference between the quoted price and the price charged when I got there had the pies been good/edible. I had heard good things and I really wanted to like the pies. But. . .

I just need to let you know something. I purchased 3 pies for Thanksgiving. I picked them up the day before. There was a Graham cracker cream, an apple crumb, and a strawberry rhubarb. I ate a piece of Graham cracker cream. I noticed people who took the apple and the strawberry rhubarb were leaving a lot on their plates. Nobody wanted to take any home. The dinner was at my sister's house. I learned later she needed to throw away most of the apple and strawberry. No one wanted to tell me that they weren't good. They said the filling (especially the strawberry rhubarb) was more of a gel than actual fruit, and seemed like canned filling. And the crusts were hard - not light like a pastry crust - and nearly impossible to cut through with a fork. Nobody liked them. The Graham cracker cream went quickly and was all eaten. It was good. Also, I did wonder about the price when I picked them up. I had called before ordering and was told fruit pies (except blueberry) were $16 and cream pies were $17. But I was charged $53 for the 3 pies when i picked up - which left me a bit confused. Not sure what I was...

Im very sceptical about ordering from new places...but saying that I'm so glad I did. This place is way to slept on. There food is amazing I've order there a few more times they I normally would order out in the last few weeks. I first fell in love with the Ruben and that was amazing! But tonight I got the best burger I've had in a long time... McDonald's who lol and don't get me started on their brownies first they are huge and legit taste like they were made with love. It's honestly our new favorite place. So if you want food that taste like it was made by someone who loves what they do definitely stop in and give them a try. I'd give them 10...

Cute store with a variety of packaged foods and candy, as well as ready to order and pre-made food. They have a coffee/tea bar, refrigerated drinks, and more. I ordered 3 lunches to go and thought the service was good. Two of my lunches came with sides so I picked fries but they were very well done and crunchy and didn’t have much potato left inside as it was all burnt up. Everything else was pretty good. I had expected the Buffalo chicken sandwich (9.99) to be a chicken breast on a sandwich but this was a ground chicken patty that I assume came from the freezer and was deep fried.
