Pete's Cafe — Restaurant in Cranberry Township

We went out for lunch and entered the small town eatery about 1:15pm. While online hours posted are 8am to 10pm, out of towners should be aware that they are closed 2-4pm…so don’t plan on a late lunch. We were greeted with, “…you know we close at 2?” This seat-yourself location had maybe 4-5 other patrons, so we felt comfortable in being able to meet that time line…and the waitress did tell us about their special.

This is a locally we’ll know bar/restaurant with sandwiches, subs & pizza at a VERY reasonable price. Food was tasty & served quickly—even with a smile—after our initial abrupt welcome.

My wife and I are always in search of a great pizza. We were in the in the area and had to try a pizza from Pete's Cafe which was highly recommended from some of our friends. The staff were friendly and courteous. The pizza was ready on time. We enjoyed the pie. It is all round a good solid pizza, great sauce. The toppings were not over abundant. I like a thin crust, bit if you like your pizza a little more on the doughy side you will enjoy it. Reasonably priced. Great fun atmosphere. Highly Recommend...

Never been to New Washington before and was doing home health visits in the area. I went there to get some lunch and it was so welcoming! Small hometown feel with good comfort food specials! I had the Meatball Casserole which I could not finish! The local people were friendly along with the staff. There was only two of them but they worked their tails off to make sure everyone was served in a timely fashion.
