Hat's off to the chef's. We always have our food delivered. The food is DELICIOUS no matter what we order & the delivery folks are always pleasant and they are the best! I like that I'll can follow them on the map so I know exactly when they're coming. Excellent! Tip these folks., they work hard., Slip them extra..I've never encountered an unpleasant delivery person .thank you! You are a very important part of Nino's. On Martin Luther King day they were pretty much the only pizza place open, most eateries were closed, kids were out of school and I don't think they expected to be inundated with deliverys. I called several times as I had friends over waiting for pizza and it took about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to get here and was told by Anne Marie that I would be compensated by them giving me a free medium pizza or reimbursement but still getting the pizza. It was no one's fault but we were very inconvenienced. I still have not been reimbursed and even sent 4 notes through the online app. I've yet to be compensated. We are fabulous faithful customers and tip delivery folks well. I felt bad for this poor delivery guy as I don't think he expected to have so many deliveries. They should've been prepared with more delivery folks. I'm not happy with the outcome of being ignored and should have at least received a response. We do love their food and will continue to order but that just wasn't fair to promise and not follow through from a popular business that's been there since...

I have never had so many issues with food delivery as I do with you. Every order has an issue, whether it be no vinegar/ ketchup in the bag (but listed on the receipt), no extra chicken or salad dressing that you are charged for; or a sandwich/salad not made according to the menu (ie, Asian Salad with no noodles; Italian Grinder with no oil/vinegar). This is a family business not a FRANCHISE, although it's run like a franchise with no consistency.

I understand every now and then an order may not be perfect (as no-one is perfect and mistakes do happen) but these mistakes happen on a weekly basis. And to add more salt to the wound, when you call and complain about the delivery order the excuse is " WE ARE VERY BUSY."

I have had numerous conversations with AnnMarie who has asked me on several occasions to give Nino's another chance as we cannot afford to loose you as a customer; and as usual I give them another chance.

However today was the last time I will be ordering from Nino's. There is a lot of good pizza establishments within the area and it's time to bring my business elsewhere. It's obvious Nino's does not care about the customers as there has been no signs of improvement.

Truly what a horrendous experience my family and I had here for our first and very last time going. We were seated and essentially ignored. A waitress came by after 10 minutes, the same one who seated us, and said no one has come by yet? We said nope. She then said she would be our waitress then. Great. Ordered appetizer. Some other person brought it out and she never came back for our order. I had to go get her myself and she took our order and I never saw her again. Someone else came out with our food and never came back. The food was lukewarm at best and just plain and certainly not worthy of being ignored. I had to chase the waitress down for our bill and A TOTALLY DIFFERENT WAITRESS CAME OVER WITH THE BILL and never came back. I hunted her down again so she could swipe the credit card and she couldn't be bothered so I couldn't be bothered to leave a tip. I am disgusted with this establishment and what an absolute waste of time and money. We will never recommend to anyone.

UPDATE: I guess the owner could care less about one single party of three and never reached out. No worries I’ll continue never recommending this...

We've been ordering from Nino's for a while, and the food was usually good, but the last few times have sunk it for us. The most recent delivery sums it up. Got a thin crust pizza with meatballs, sausage, and mushrooms. The crust wasn't cooked all the way and was doughy. The sausage was that pellet type sausage that I'd expect from a Domino's or a Pizza Hut. The meatball was just crumbled ground beef. I also got an order of wing zings. They were cooked perfectly, and were pretty meaty, but they had none of the spicy flavor they're supposed to. We also ordered some meatballs to stick in the fridge. When I opened the container one of them had a scoop missing out of it. So bizarre. Never had that happen before so I assume it's a one off. But still. (pic attached). The delivery and online ordering system is spot on, though. No issues there. --- Edited 12/26/2024 Do not order from Ninos. I ordered a pizza. Bad move. The crust had the texture of frozen pizza. Toppings are pizza hut level. Delivery was 20 minutes past the ETA. Other items ordered were the same as the pizza. We gave it a second chance, and it just didn't work out.

A very enjoyable group experience. Disabled parking was convenient and well signed. Entrance was wheelchair friendly. Clean and modern interior with comfortable seating. Simple but honest starters in the form of chicken fingers, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, etc. Good pizza, with some very interesting variations on themes. Was intrigued by the vegetarian pizza options but the table ultimately ended up going with meat toppings. The BBQ chicken pizza was especially good. I also tried the chicken vodka penne dish. 8/10 for that because it was not very hot when it arrived. Everything else was hot and perfectly delivered so that may have been a small timing issue because of the size of the group. The amount of chicken in the vodka penne dish was incredibly generous. There was at least 12-15 strips of grilled chicken. Surprisingly generous compared to other restaurants. No food was wasted by the group and everything was enjoyed. Would definitely return.

Tried Nino's Pizza Restaurant for the first time and I’m doughroughly impressed! This is easily one of the best pizzas I’ve had in Rhode Island so far. The crust? Perfectly crisp yet airy. The sauce? Bold and flavorful. The pepperoni? Charred just right. You can tell every ingredient is fresh and intentionally chosen. Even better than the pizza was the atmosphere—welcoming, warm, and full of pride. Huge thanks to Thomas and Dave for the invite and hospitality. If you haven’t made your way to Nino’s yet, go ahead and put that at the top of your to-do list. This place is a slice above the rest! #NinosPizza #DoughroughlyImpressed #RhodeIslandEats #PizzaGoals #SupportLocal #FoodieFavs
