I was in line at 553 am.. the first one there.. I guy put a cone behind my car. And started walking away.. I asked if they were gonna take my order in this line. He said no I'll have to drive around and get in the other line. Which by this time there was another car.. which his order was a number 10 with a coffee and 20 of something else that he had called in.. so.... didnt start my day off right being the first one there and having to leave because of the wait. I work in findlay shifts starts at 630 am.. this is why I got there early.. so no coffee. He could of taken my order and went inside and placed it for me. But nooooo... I really needed a sugar free vanilla coffee.. it would of made my morning. But unfortunately that didnt happen.. it's the small things that make me happy.. like a sugar free vanilla ice coffee.. you did not put a smile on my face this morning...
Read moreI pulled up through the drive thru and the line was backed all the way around the building, there were 3 cars parked in numbered spots waiting for their food and the employees were blaring explicit music and texting on their phones. My order was wrong and I had to drive back around and wait because the lobby was closed. To further delay the flow of traffic; two managers were talking and playing with a dog in the car which was in the drive thru lane out of the drive thru window in front of me.I asked to have my food re-place and my milk shake that was also melted. I waited a total of 22 minutes for the mistake to be corrected. I was told the replaced food was freshly made and it was clearly not, it was room temperature by the time I got it. Read moreAfter spending 20 minutes in the drive through the food was wrong. I informed who I would assume is the manager who was working the food window, She was very rude and tried to force me to take the wrong coffee. Then argued that she gave us something we didn't receive. She rolled her eyes then slammed the window and yelled at the worker for not putting it in the bag. We waited for her to return for about 5 minutes before we just decided to just drive away without the food. I know it's just McDonalds but this was quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever seen. Will be filing a complaint with McDonalds...
