Creedmoor City Tavern — Restaurant in Creedmoor

This was a pretty regular experience. The inside is ok, the bar seats are very narrow but isn't a big deal breaker. The bartenders i had on a sat were not a great interaction. The first one i assume was about to end her shift, and when we ordered she hardley spoke a single word. Her facial expressions weren't friendley either. The second bar tender we had was young but she was nice at first. As we continued to drink and order , we asked about certain drinks and when we tried to describe this very common drink we got a " i know what that is and how to make it!" It was very abrupt and because of the attitude that came off we decided to just finish our drinks and then leave. Im honestly surprised with the lack of effort put into just a simple interaction. It shows that these bartenders don't really put effort into making tips. They do have a partially screened/covered back deck which was nice to see. I only saw parking in the front, not sure if they offer it elsewhere. This may be the local watering hole for frequent flyers, but something to think about here...for new comers its not very inviting when the staff hardley speaks to you, and you feel stupid for trying to be friendley when ordering your drinks. Maybe hire a few that are customer friendley and more inviting. Don't think we'll being come back...

Haven't tried any of their food yet but we did go on a Thursday for karaoke night. We had a blast with several people we had just met. Some were playing corn hole when we got their & they were pretty friendly! The songs for karaoke was alot of up to date songs & she did have some oldies as well. It gave me all the feels of a nice small town bar, complete with two little quarters pool tables for fun. Sadly, I was a bit disenchanted by how disengaged and unfriendly the bartender was. She decided she was going to close the place down earlier than the posted closing time and was completely unapologetic about it.
