Hey Rob,

We come here at least once a week, but lately, we’ve been noticing some concerning issues.

First, you’re charging a convenience fee before even knowing how the customer is paying. This is the second time I’ve paid with cash and still been charged the fee. That charge should only apply to credit card payments.

Additionally, we’ve been overcharged on your specials twice now. The price on the bill doesn’t match what’s advertised, and we’ve been charged $4–$7 more than expected.

On top of that, it took 1.5 hours to get through our meal. We understand the restaurant was busy, but we watched other tables that ordered after us get their food first. Then, when my wife’s food finally arrived, it was cold.

To other customers: Make sure to check your bill carefully—you might be overcharged if you’re not paying attention.

We love coming here, but these ongoing issues are making us rethink our visits. I hope this...

Wow. This place has made some serious upgrades with the remodel. New everything. A real turn around from the old Nunica Bar and Store. (I will however miss the old watering hole) The food was amazing. And came out to us very quickly. I had the fish cheeks and a slice of pizza. (I do not believe they sell pizza by the slice, I had a piece from my friends order) I plan to stop in and pick up a pizza to go some time. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They have Keno here too, which can be a fun thing to do while you enjoy a drink. The bartender seemed knowledgeable and was able to mix fantastic cocktails. I seen that they have an outdoor area and was told by a friend they have live music on the weekends. There were just as many people there for food that there were there for drinks. I would take my family...

4 of us for dinner. Chicken wrap, hot mama burger and onion rings, beef stroganoff, and pizza were ordered. Burger and stroganoff came out first, both were cold, I mean really, stroganoff should be piping hot and steaming, rings were even cold after being in grease. 10 minutes later the wrap and pizza came out, we thought surely they would be hot since they took longer. Not so, the wrap was so -so the rings cold. The pizza looked like it should have been very hot, it was burned to a crispy black and brittle piece of mostly inedible mess, and you guessed it, it too was cold. Dissatisfied and disappointed, the owners daughter was our waitress, I think she knew our feelings after the food was brought out, she walked by looked but never asked how it...

I wish I could give these guys more stars and I’m confident they will. They were really struggling with the Covid restrictions. You sign in at the ‘restaurant’ not the bar area. They told us 30min wait it was over an hour. We waited in the car for a call. When we got the call there was a lot of confusion on where to go. Our waitress seem to pay a lot more attention to other tables. It took a long time to get a drink. We ordered appetizers and a drinks at the same time then ordered our food once we got our drinks. We got our appetizer the same time we got our dinner and none of it was brought out by our waitress. We had to call her to get another drink. Our food did come out fast and was good. I looooved the spinach dip!!

What a cute, cozy spot. I have a friend who is a regular at Crockery Creek- and I can see why! It looks a little plain from the outside, but the inside is warm and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. They have a drink called “Creekwater” that is very strong and very delicious. They have definitely mastered the art of frying! The fried pickles, the onion rings, french fries, everything was absolutely delicious. I really enjoy this spot! And I love the word/name Saloon!!

We stopped here after a day tubing down the Muskegon River. As a bit of a spontaneous stop, we weren’t really sure what to expect, but we’re truly surprised at the quality of the drinks and food! The interior definitely gives off the Walloon vibe, but it’s much larger than you’d guess. Overall we had a fantastic time here and we’d definitely consider stopping again.
