Java Station 36 — Restaurant in Crothersville

Well, it is unfortunate that you feel the need to respond so rudely. Your phone number WAS incorrect until I messaged and you updated it and I never said that I was opening my own shop next year…haha First - I would NEVER stoop to disparaging another business to benefit my own endeavors and Second - it is plain as day in the photo that I posted the you failed to respond after 16 hours to my FB message which is why I opted to post a review. And yes, my stomach felt sick after just one “sip” of coffee. Please refrain from stating that something is not possible if you don’t have to education to back it as I am sure that you are not a licensed physician. I am sorry to see that professionalism is not within your forte based on your lack thereof in your response.

I was excited to get a coffee shop in our town….Sadly, I was very disappointed when I got my $8 coffee….I ordered my drink on my way to work, got on the highway and took my first (and only) drink. It tasted awful 😞 and within a couple minutes my stomach began feeling sick. Needless to say, I put the entire drink in the trash. I attempted to contact the shop unsuccessfully, called Java Station 56 for the number and it said it was disconnected or changed. I called 56 back to verify I didn’t put it in wrong, which I hadn’t. I was then told to reach out via Facebook….ugh So frustrating, but I did. I had not heard anything back so I just checked my messenger and it shows that it was read 16 hours ago with zero response. I then checked the info section and lo and behold….The phone number has been updated! Why would you not respond to the message with the correct phone number, or even say you updated your contact information? Because I said that I needed to make a complaint? That is extremely poor customer service; therefore, I will never be back. I can go to Starbucks, Dunkin or 7...

Java Station has to be the best around! Before they came to Crothersville I drove 10 miles 1 way everyday to Scottsburg for coffee because there’s no better coffee anywhere around. Besides the coffee, the food, etc., the friendliness and the smiles make you feel at home. Just like a nice warm hug 😊. They have 3 welcoming locations to serve you!
