The cake is amazing and I was far beyond impressed with the decorations. I asked for a one year old cake with more simplified/safe ingredient cake for a one year old to smash and eat. I filled out an online order form. 4 days never heard back . Called and left msg, 36hrs never heard back. Maybe they are busy or no longer...
