Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Crystal City

If I was the owner of this place I would take a serious reconsideration of who I have on staff. Tonight after being 20 minutes late for our online order the employees not only threw it away, but acted clueless about our order. They didn’t realize they threw it away until letting us sit there for 15 minutes while being rude & talking over us while on a simple phone call. Furthermore once I had another person come inside w/ proof of payment the employee met us with rudeness & a raised voice. When asking to speak to the manager she claimed she was the manager falsely. After the numerous issues w/ this store it seems like calling above these employees heads is the only choice. Came here to get a pan pizza with my family, took. Took the server thirty minutes after taking my order to tell me they didn’t have any pan pizzas left then offered a small to tell me they didn’t have that either, so I asked for a melt instead. The server asked me if I would like it to go since the rest of my family was almost done eating, I said yes then waited only for her to take another fifteen to twenty minutes to tell me they had just put it in the oven. Horrible. Take my advice. Do not order from here. This place is a poor excuse for a restaurant. Pizza Hut should be ashamed of having this location open. Called to order a pizza. Was on hold for 20 minutes. After I finally got my order in it took 2 hours to get it. Pizza and wings were cold. Delivery driver had no change for payment.
