Update:

7 months later we went back to try Tommy’s again after swearing it off for listed reasons below.

STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND FOOD IS GREAT!

They didn’t forget anything, food was fresh and hot. I don’t expect a lot of quick eat places and they nailed it.

Thank you to the Tommy’s staff for restoring hope in their establishment! Good work yall.

Been here a few times.

The drive through staff who apparently is also the manager (when asked told me his name is Juan) is always rude.

I have made multiple visits to this location the food was slightly above average for the area; however it has changed for the worse with smaller sizes and never getting everything you order but being charged for it. FRAUD ANYONE? Juan (the always present drive through staff) rushes you to order and always messes it up.

Literally every time I have been shorted a clearly ordered extra sauce for the gyro ($.70 each). This past time was no exception, normally I never call back for little things but this time he substituted my order of cheese stix for siracha cheese curds and denied it was his error on the phone. He claimed that the kitchen staff put the extra sauce in the bag and refused to provide any type of suitable customer service.

Again it’s a sauce not a big deal. $.70 each visit and an angry wife (of course it is her meal) will lose you a customer.

Come on Juan, every time man!?

You won’t get me again Juan. Not coming back, hopefully your ownership addresses this perpetual problem because as you read the comments on this location it is you Juan who is the problem. Also be aware that their sandwiches are becoming smaller and smaller especially their Giant Italian beef. It is now much more skimpy on beef.

This location will fail if it continues down this path.

BE CAREFUL - Do not provide them with multiple cards or they'll charge you twice and take no accountability for it. I went to the drive through, gave them my credit card to pay and they stated that my card was not going through, something to do with how they always have problems with Capital One (Despite all the other times I have paid there with the same card without issues), I figured ok, maybe something is wrong and provided them with another card which they also used. I get notifications on my phone so I got two transactions from both credit cards while I was still in the drive through. I asked to speak to a Manager and was met by a guy I got the feeling could not understand what I was telling him and showing him the double transaction. He asked me to write down my information and he will have the owner call me..... you hear that? yeah, nothing. the owner never called. I had to waste about 3 hours of my time disputing this transaction. One of the transactions anyway, I did get my food so I am paying for it. Charge me twice, ignored my calls and messages to try to fix it outside me disputing it. Lost me as a customer for sure. I hope you someday learn not to ignore...

Every time I either go thru the Drive thru or in person they get my order wrong then I have to be inconvenienced going back so they can correct my order a second time and still get it wrong. I will first start by telling everyone I ordered 2 Gyros sandwiches with out cucumber sauce what did they do smeared it all over the sandwiches so I had to go back this order was thru the Drive thru then I went thru the drive thru for the 2 Hot Dog French fries meal I got home was served a ice cold hot dog and a hard Bun then I had to go back and then when I got home same thing again hard cold hot dog bun not steamed a steamed bun and nice hot hot dog is the best part of the hot dog I also had this happen at their Crystal lk Virginia Rd location and the Manager did not really replace my meal with what I wanted not happy will never go back there as far as the Rt 176 and Rt 31 location I do not feel safe all the workers are not wearing mask and there is this deadly Covid Virus it just does not make people feel like going there because they will not feel safe I lost all my faith in ever wanting to go...
