Today, I was served cold, old food that had clearly been sitting out for a while. I returned to speak with the manager, Scott, but all he said was 'Yeah, yeah.' He claimed he had no control over the food being cold, which is unacceptable. How can a manager allow old food to be served and show no concern for customers? The owner needs to be made aware of how this business is being run. When I asked to speak with his boss, Scott said she wouldn’t be in and that he had already told me her name twice. I then asked who the owner was, and he responded, 'Harry.' There was no offer to make things right or refund our money. My 7-year-old granddaughter refused to eat the old food. Although fresh biscuits had just come out, we were still served two hard, old biscuits by the so-called manager.
This establishment has declined in quality and service. It was 5:30 PM, and there was no proper service, which explains the poor experience. I’m not usually one to complain, but when I asked for fresh fries and okra for my granddaughter, the manager rolled his eyes and acted annoyed. After parking and opening our food, we discovered the chicken and biscuits were also old. Please make sure to check your food before driving off from Church’s...
Read moreService slow and chicken could be for me a little cooked more for my taste plenty of space inside to sit and eat. Personally, I feel a lot of these fast food restaurants could use a little more dedicated employees but also to help employees out more incentives or higher pay. If you want almost perfection and to thrive more in businesses, even though I don't have a billion dollar corporation and I probably have no room to talk but I'm the consumer correct and I've learned customer service if answered correctly in a pole of how and what businesses should do for their payrolls accounts and their store to thrive I feel they should listen to us but also help us live. You won't miss what you think you'll miss by not paying employees what you know you can. We work but still live in poverty while the business we work for chooses to pay us a small amount while sitting back enjoying the fruits of our labor. It's always good to give this a good thought so you and the employees can thrive and enjoy what they do and look forward to coming...
Read moreWent there yesterday and pulled into the drive through line, 3cars ahead of us, waited 10 minutes and not a single car moved. We then went inside where the was 1 person in front of us, there was also a party of 4 high school kids at a table, there were 2 people working and 2 other employees at a table chatting, no one acknowledged us for 5 minutes and the people who were in front of us said they had been waiting at least 10 minutes, we waited for 15 minutes and not a single thing happened, no service, the 2 sitting at the table kept looking up but totally dismissed us and the others in line. At that point a gentleman who was in front of us in the drive through line came in to complain, he was also dismissed by the employees at the table who I then found out as the manager. When we returned to our car the same vehicle was in the drive through still sitting there. We left without ordering or even being acknowledged by the staff. Worst service ever,...
