To be fair the pizza was tasty enough. staff was friendly and order was ready before quoted time!! However was pretty disappointed to order a “Deep Dish Chicago Style” pizza and it was not even close. It was a pepperoni pan pizza with slightly thicker crust and wayy too much cheese. Nothing Chicago or deep dish about it. Was reallly excited to see that on the menu locally, but it should not be labeled that :( The pizza sauce was good (but not on top, or extra like chicago style) & we still enjoyed it but 10000% not a chi deep dish. I would have paid less to order a regular pizza with pepperoni than paying the higher price for deep dish when it was not. Photos to compare their pizza to a chicago style.

Food was good but the 4% credit card surcharge has to go! Think gas stations did that years ago and it did not play well for them. Not even sure it is allowable with their contract with the card processors. it a principle thing for me so I will not be going back. BTW, one other car in the customer parking area when I was there.

Ordered online quoted 35 minutes. I arrived in about 25 minutes. They were just pulling my pizzas out of the oven. Pizzas both tasted great. Staff there were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to go back again. Thank you for recommending the 4 loco.

Honestly this food is so delicious, when they added onto door dash and we ordered the first time. We loved it. Especially the gluten free pasta menu. But everyone in our family was so pleased. On door dash they are one of the restaurants you cannot leave a message for, so we started calling for pick up. Because we were hoping they would let us order gluten free pasta, in the Mac n cheese. They did with an up charge, which is totally expected and we’ve been so grateful. Because I’m telling you every kid and adult in our family is pleased if we have a clementinas night. I’m not really sure what happened between now and the last time we ordered via phone call, but the phone number on the google page was no longer the restaurants number, then we checked DoorDash info and called the number they had listed. Someone answered and said that they were one of the owners, and because we thought we were calling the restaurant my husband went into thr Mac n cheese, GF, up charge of our order. And the man stopped him and asked how we got the number, when he told him DoorDash, and my husband laughed and was like I’m guessing maybe this isn’t a number for the public, he said no and hung up on him. You can see my dedication for this food, while I go on a website hunt for correct numbers, two listed on website, the first one was the first wrong number, the second was successful and we finally got into the restaurant. For the second time my husband starts the order and explaining the Mac n cheese ordeal. The lady who we spoke to then was asking someone else if she could do this then proceeded to put the order in. And he added the rest of our order as well. Success! Until we get a call a few minutes later, from a different phone number. I’m not sure if this was a cook or who it was, but he wasn’t very kind, and refused to believe we had ever ordered this here. My husband was trying to explain, we absolutely have, and it went into a back and forth about portion size, and noodle type, my husband tried to explain that yes we know it’s not a macaroni noodle but they subbed out the macaroni noodle for the GF option, and added up charges, for the difference in portion size and use of different noodle + the GF bread(also delicious, unfortunately) He finally told us we were wrong or we just ate a bunch of gluten filled macaroni and obviously didn’t realize it. It was kind of shocking and I wish I could relay the condescending tone of this guy. And just to add we’ve ordered the Mac and cheese as it is, along with a GF Mac and cheese…and also a GF pasta option from the GF menu. There is no doubt in my mind, we’ve had the GF penne in the Mac n cheese. It was just kind of shocking to get this kind of response. And look, I get it, I’ve worked within the restaurant business for many years, I understand how it can be annoying when people ask for menu changes, or dietary restrictions, so I’m very understanding and never demanding while asking different restaurants if I could make something an option. And will pay whatever up charge necessary, especially when it’s delicious. But if they no longer wanted to do that, they could just say that. Truly it’s your business, I wouldn’t have even considered writing a review if that’s how it was handled. It was just….weird behavior. I still can’t lie, it’s all great food. And even with the cost of having that Mac GF, it was by far the best and will continue to be something I think about atleast once a week. Just to be clear, I would pay top dollar and let someone run me over with a car to have that. It’s unfortunate, really. Hopefully they can figure out their phone number situation for future callers, and just maybe be a little more clear and a little less rude about menu changes, and...

We were always fans of the food by Francesco Rinaldi at Brothers Pizza so we decided to try the new owners - now Clementina's. I went alone to pick up one large cheese pizza and had to wait a few more minutes than my order time estimate of 30 minutes. Not bad for a Saturday night and a very good sign that they were busy. I was a little freaked out when I was told to use the credit card processor by myself as I realized every customer is touching it. They did have a large hand sanitizer on the counter which I took full advantage of. It struck me that from the time I walked in to the time I walked out, not one person working there smiled. Maybe it's because there's a sign on the counter (large enough that you can't possibly miss it) stating there is a 4% "Courtesy Charge" for using credit or debit cards, so the customers weren't smiling much either. Got the pizza home and everyone agreed it was really good pizza with a nice crust - crisp on the bottom yet soft and delicious. We'll be back,...

Clementina’s is easily one of the best things to happen to Cumberland Township! My family lives between Gettysburg and Fairfield, and it is awesome to have such a great resturant so close to home! We go there at least once every two weeks, and both the food and the overall experiance is always terriffic. For example, my kids and I just got takeout from there today and my Stromboli was so great that it inspired me to write this review today. Not only is the food inspirational, it is aspirational as well. My daughter says that she aspires to be like that bread. Overall, we love this place, and all of its emplpyees are super nice and helpful.Awesome restaurant with awesome food, employees, and small-town atmosphere. If I could have left seven stars,...
