Burger King — Restaurant in Cumberland

Always check your bag and your order before you leave the counter here! And always demand your receipt! This location (and the one on northbound side too) has a chronic issue with getting orders correct. My husband and I hate giving them our money because there is always a problem but because of our work, three days a week it's our only choice to stop and get food at. Today was especially bad. Order was supposed to be four cheeseburgers (since our next chance to stop and get food wouldn't be for another six to seven hours) all with no mustard (I'm allergic and he doesn't like it) and an order of chicken fries.

Did not receive receipt. We rarely receive one, and the times we do get one is because we had to specifically ask and we don't always remember TO because we're often having to multitask between our own work-related things and watching the kitchen to make sure the "no mustard" happens. Today, they had to remake our sandwiches three times before (we thought...) they adhered to the "no mustard". And this took over a half hour, from time ordered to us leaving with the bag... and in our rush since we were now running late, we did not check our bag before getting back on the highway.

Inside the bag, we found the chicken fries, an order of onion rings (which neither of us eat...) and three sandwiches. We also found the expedition slip at the bottom of the bag. According to the slip, we were charged for four sandwiches with no mustard, one of which for some reason had two extra slices of cheese added to it, onion rings, and the chicken fries. Upon unwrapping the sandwiches, none of the three we received had the extra cheese on it, and two still had mustard. Couldn't go back because we had already gotten on the highway and was now running late with work, so tried to call... phone just rang for nearly five minutes before I had to hang up.

So, in short... ordered five items. Ended up paying for six, plus extras. Received five items and none of the extras. Ended up having to throw away three items because couldn't be eaten by either of us.

Not the first time we've had problems like this here, and not likely to be the last, since it's either risk getting food here or go for up to eight hours without getting another chance to eat.

The Turnpike should've just stuck with the convenience store that used...

People like this young lady Beth are rare, when I asked her when it was to be open the place (she was cleaning) she told me in about a hour but then she asked me what I wanted so I told her and she was like you know what I can do that now and there she was stop what she was doing just to get me what I wanted to eat, I said on the start that people like her are rare because usually they tell you to come back in a hour and they just keep doing what they were doing but she stayed with a smile made my food and even asked me second time to make sure how I wanted my food . She didn’t only make my food but my night too with the way of doing her job...

I was craving all day for whopper with bacon so late in the afternoon I stopped on my way south and ordered 2 whoppers with bacon and cheese no pickles and no ketchup plus a order fries, the young lady and the man were very friendly but in the process of making my food and chitchat with each other I found out about 60 miles later that there was no bacon on neither one whopper that I paid for!!! It could have help if they concentrate on what they were doing instead of their own private life chat with a 3rd worker, maybe then my order would have been as I ordered and...
