Dairy Hut — Restaurant in Cumberland

Well this will probably be my last time at dairy hut aka Roseanne hut I've tried twice to ignore the bad service no place is perfect but when a business loses interest in making the customer feel important they lose thier main goal as a great customer experience , I don't know what has happened maybe a new cook maybe I'm not sure but I used to eat there every night cause it was convenient but now the food is very poor the service not great I even tipped 5.00 just to see if that would make things better but nope ?it's like they kept my food sitting for 20 extra mins cold thrown together the hot dog bun felt like it had been dropped in dish water and that's no exaggeration fried to hard to eat burnt I feel like it's my fault cause I did complain waiting an hour last time for my food but I'm sad to lose this restaurant again .but I can't justify spending that much money on...

Love this Restaurant/Dairy Bar, the employees are always super friendly &help with anything, the food is always made fresh, that makes it so much better. I don't think they've ever got any of our orders wrong. It's fast service too. The only bad thing I can honestly say about the business as a whole is their parking area is awful, if u have a car that's low to the ground u might drag a few times just trying to get through the lot. As far as the food part, it's great! Give them 5 stars for sure, we honestly eat there about 5 times a week. It's cheaper than buying groceries and cooking a meal. That's another good point... They're not expensive really at all. I don't know ow who owns or runs it but I'm glad they do. It's about the only place in Cumberland to get that type of foods and ice...

Haven't eaten here since back in 2019 due to wrong food being fixed or forgotten from my order and rude workers. But I ordered here tonight and I'm definitely a satisfied customer. We ordered a lot of food, 2 burgers, 3 hotdogs, 3 fries, peanut butter milkshake and a hot fudge cake. It was so delicious. A bit expensive at 28 bucks but definitely worth the splurge. Not much different in price than anything else these days but definitely really good food. Friendly service and glad to finally have a great place near to my home so we can enjoy some good food without having to cook it myself. Do yourself a favor and stop by and try...
