Peter & Annies — Restaurant in Cumberland

I went here this morning and ordered an egg scramble.....I waited over 45 minutes! No other customers were eating food so it had nothing to do with being too busy. One girl tried to tell me they were busy making drinks....everyone had them before I even got there!! Then after I finally got my food and tried to enjoy it the two employees stood around talking at the table next to me complaining about their job and how horrible things were there! That is not something you want to hear about....and to do it with customers! I am sure the other large table also heard it! Very rude and disrespectful to the owners and customers! But waiting for 45 minutes for scrambled eggs, really?? Were they waiting for the chickens...

Honestly no notes. The servers and people working there are friendly and helpful. The food Is perfect every time I go there. Never have had a bad lunch there. I will say the food is served on paper plates but personally that Is a non issue for me. I have not had the chance to go and enjoy the live music they have advertised but I'm sure it is a great time. I did however get the chance to have breakfast with the Grinch and that event was very fun. I look forward to seeing how fart they can take this little place as well as I look forward to every other Wednesday when I get to sit down and have my lunch break at one of if not the best diner...

HORRIBLE!!! I stopped in for breakfast, I ordered one piece of french toast, a side of bacon and a cup of coffee. The coffee was cold, I waited an hour and 45 minutes and finally asked the clerk if they put my order in; 10 more minutes it finally came out it; the french toast was cold and the bacon was so small and shriveled up it didn’t even look like bacon, it was sitting in a pool of grease!!!
