I hate doing this because they usually have good food but tonight was not it. I picked up a to go order which included a chopped beef sandwich. When I got home to split the sandwich in half for my kids I noticed spots on the bottom of the bread, pulled one spot off and it was mold, split another open and it was a much larger mold spot. When I called she acted nonchalant about it and said thanks for letting us know. When I asked for a refund I was told "we can't do that on our end you have to go online." which doesn't make sense? but okay.
