Cygnet Pizza — Restaurant in Cygnet

Do not order from cygnet pizza. Last time I ordered they brought a nasty looking pizza after a crazy long wait. They remade it and after 4 hours I finally got my food. Today I get the completely wrong sandwich (I order a Philly and got a disgusting chicken ranch sub. I talked to the owner AGAIN and was told they could remake it and send it out again! I told them they needed to refund the money and replace it because this is a habitual thing evidently and i won’t be able to eat AGAIN. He said “ my wife says we won’t refund anything and if I didn’t want to wait for another sub then all they would do is credit me. Leaving me with no supper again. ( I’m diabetic btw). I told him that wasn’t acceptable and if they didn’t do the right thing I would be posting about it. I was told he was done talking to me if I was going to threaten them. I live in North Baltimore, I called at 9:00 p.m. and the man answered the phone saying, "cygnet pizza, we are currently carryout only" I said, why only pick up, he said because we close in an hour, I said that's ridiculous, I'm a new customer, and have never had your pizza and you are pushing me away. I said," I will tip the driver sufficiently if you can deliver" then all of a sudden he said, " well let me see if my driver is going that way for any deliveries" then he said," yeah we can, but you have to hurry up with you order" , moral of the story, very rude, and you will have to offer a good tip in order for them to deliver an hour before closing. Absolutely horrible service. If I owned that place, I would be firing the manager for poor management, if you are open till 10 pm, I should be able to order a pizza 10 mins till and still get service, if they won't deliver past 9, they need to change their hours to 9pm....

This place used to be AMAZING, a light in such a dull town, but ever since covid I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone there. Either a busy tone or just infinite ringing. Theres a sign on the door that says they are still operating and to press a button for service, pressed the button and there was no movement at all. I don't think the times on Google are valid any longer. Just trying to help out the next person who has the same problem I had with not being able to get ahold of them to place an order because there's no other reviews stating that this is a problem. What a sad day, no more Hudsons carry out, now this place is hardly operational....
