Taco Tijuana (Food Truck) — Restaurant in Cypress

We stopped at this taco truck on the way to the drive-in theater and I hate that we did. It was the worse taco and quesadilla we have ever had. The chicken in the fajita tacos were cold and tough, very little meat, the corn tortillas were straight out the bag, didn’t even throw it on the grill for a lil bit. She asked if I wanted lettuce, tomato, and sour cream with my quesadilla but I didn’t know she was going to cook it inside the quesadilla, I’ve never heard of that, it made the quesadilla very soggy. First red flag was that the menu on the truck didn't have any prices on it. I asked how much was a torta? $10. How much for a burrito? $10. Are the burritos big? Oh yes they are huge. Decided to try this taco truck in search of a taco truck my coworker was looking for in the area, which apparently doesn’t exist anymore, while working in the area. We ordered 4 tacos, flautas, and melon drinks for $20. The tacos were small appetizer sized portions but boy o boy were they good. I had a chicken fajita taco and flautas. The corn tortillas were cooked perfectly, a little crispy, a little chewy, the meat was perfect as well, just wish they served bigger portions in the taco.
