Apparently they don't care if you skip the line so we all should just do this every time. And if you do, well then you get to hold up the line for everyone else behind you who waited like they should have. (Because they skipped, their order wasn't taken properly and the worker took their order at the very front window of the 12ish car line) I asked multiple times to please pull the line skipper forward while they were taking their drink order and waiting on theirs drinks to be made so we could leave and the staff and manager refused to do so. Instead we were held hostage in the line with no way to exit for an extra 10 minutes on top of the already 10+ minute wait! They could have easily asked the person who cut everyone to pull forward so the 3-4 cars behind them that ALREADY HAD their drinks could exit, but they refused to do so stating that it's "company policy". Instead the customers who follow directions and don't skip lines get punished and STUCK against their will!
You guys should have a better company policy regarding this. Absoutely ridiculous that you make your customers stay TRAPPED behind someone who skipped multiple cars! Our drinks are melting and we're just stuck in the line because you're accommodating someone with bad behavior instead of customers doing the correct thing! Absurd. (I'm not upset about being skipped in line, what's upsetting is being TRAPPED in line with no way to leave while they accommodate and take the order/make the drinks of someone who didn't wait their turn)
I guess if I return (which I won't) I'll make sure to skip the entire line and not have to wait like everyone else. That way the 12 cars behind me can be stuck even longer why they take my order and make my drinks....

My sister went inside to tell them that one drink had no flavor, and it took them over 10 minutes to fix it. But when we got the remade drinks, the second one still tasted like ice water, and it was filled to the top with ice. I went inside to complain, and they asked me if I wanted more ice, sugar, or an extra shot. I told them I just wanted the drink made correctly, like I normally get. As a customer, I shouldn't have to specify what goes into the drink. I ended up leaving because my baby was crying in the car, and I didn't want to wait any longer. I've been to many coffee shops, but this was the worst experience I've ever had at 7 Brew. Even though my workplace is nearby, I won't be returning. Read more6 people working.. 2 actually taking orders with at least 4-5 cars in line and the service is awful slow. If it’s 5:30/6 in the morning, people are clearly getting coffee because they need to get to work or are in a trip and want to get a quick coffee (key word, quick). You guys made such a big deal about having fast service when giving away free drinks that it was a con, at least in the mornings.. because I’ve been here 2 mornings in a row and service has been slow. Personable employees but it’s also crazy that the other lane employer told the person in line after me to pull into her lane (after both of us waited at least 2 or 3 minutes) and they got taken care of before me when I was clearly there first and I know they have tablets to where they could’ve come and taken my order.
