Food was predictable for Arby's... It was the best it could be for being what it is, definitely not a 3 star because the cook didn't do a good job. The 5 star service was literally and ONLY because of Xavier, definitely NOT because of the bald older man with facial hair who must be management of some kind. After not visiting an Arby's in over 15 years, we decided maybe it would be worth another try... It's not the food that made us decide not to come back. It was the way this "manager" treated his employee, and the very uncomfortable and unprofessional way he made us feel as guests. This "manager" was sitting at a table by the main entry door, talking with other employees at a table. We walked in and not even five seconds later, we hear (almost a scream...) "FRONT COUNTER!!!" from this "manager" that almost made me deaf in the ear closer to his yelling it was so over the top loud. It was more than requesting service, it was rude and condescending towards the employee, and at the expense of the customer. I've worked fast food restaurants many times... I know the right and wrong way to do things. All he had to do was A) Say kindly "Someone will be right with you" and either take our order, or go back to the kitchen and politely ask the employee to take our order... B)Use the headset on his head to tell the employee that someone was up front. The kicker is that the employee (Xavier) was already on his way up to the front because he already saw us and didn't need to be told... He was prepping in the kitchen when we walked up, while his "manager" was chatting it up at a table. The regular, lowest paid employee was literally the only good part of this experience... Despite how obvious it was to EVERYONE in the lobby that this "manager" was probably an absolute nightmare to work for, the young man who came up to take our order handled it with grace, patience and kindness despite being treated like that. It made me and my husband very uncomfortable and upset, the way this "manager" treated his employee. It wasn't normal, it wasn't just asking him to help us... It was deeply ugly, rude, condescending and tyrannical. Advice: Get that manager out of there unless Arby's condones that kind of treatment of employees. We won't ever be back there again.
UPDATE: The link given in order to talk to customer support is a farce. It brings you to a page to fill out, but no matter how many times or ways it is filled out correctly, it rejects the form submission. I've tried on several devices, so it has nothing to do with what I am using to report this incident. I imagine that is...

Read moreDid an online order. When I went to pick up, the chicken tenders were not cooked yet. I had to wait about 10-15min for that. I ended up going inside because I got tired of waiting in the car. Then they gave me my sandwich with it fully dressed. I had to show her on my phone that it was only supposed to have meat. They remade it. She said they had to put the chicken down and would be 5 min. That took another 14 min and I had to go ask her if it was almost done. (The place only had two other customers so wasn't busy) my other food was cold time I got home. I was there for a total of 28 min waiting for my food (I know this because I called my husband in the parking lot when I was waiting for the chicken tenders) That was a ridiculous amount of time! Also I specifically asked them if they would make the chicken tenders not hard. Fry them lightly. The chicken tenders and the chicken sandwich was really hard. My 5 year old didn't eat the tenders because the...
