I’m not even sure why I keep coming back to this place, maybe in hopes it’ll be right one day? I’ve found eating inside I never have issues, it’s usually always fresh and service is great, but every single time I’ve ordered to go or even through door dash it’s ALWAYS wrong. Is it because the people putting together orders are rushed and overwhelmed? Or is it laziness because of lack of tips compared to what they would make on the floor? It’s not hard to verify accuracy of an order and to think for a second. We ordered two wing bundles tonight. First off we received one set of plastic ware. 2 packets of ketchup and no dipping sauce. These are BASICs that should be included in the orders and it was even requested on the receipt. Secondly, my box of wings were labeled correctly but after opening them to take a bite, the sauce was NOT what I ordered. Can’t do anything about it because they are now closed. I wouldn’t put blame on the to go order people, that’s clearly the kitchen. Management needs to get there to go order team better trained. Some of this would seem like common sense. 2 wing bundles should include two sets of plastic ware. 2 boxes of fries should include more than 2 packets of ketchup. And all wings per menu come with dipping sauce whether it’s requested as ranch or bleu cheese. None provided. What another...
Read moreI ordered a small traditional wings to go. When I got home, I discovered that I received the wrong order. I received boneless wings, and I don't like the boneless wings. I called immediately and the person that answered the phone took full responsibility for the mistake. She asked if I could come back in to get the right order, but we were already home and don't really live close by. She then offered to send me a gift card to compensate for the mix up. So, great, I thought. Fast forward to 2 weeks later, I still had not received my gift card, so I called today. I couldn't remember the name of the manager, but I told her the day and time I ordered. Well the manager informed me that the MOD that day had no idea what I was talking about! She said that she didn't remember this and that basically this didn't happen. The MOD today did offer to replace my food and I could come get it today, so I thought, all was well. Until I got home with my food. I order the same thing EVERY single time I go, teriyaki traditional wings. Well I took one bite and my eyes started to water. These are the spiciest wings I have ever tasted! I can't even eat them! I know this was done intentionally, because I have never received spicy teriyaki wings! This experience has been completely unacceptable! I do NOT recommend eating it. Horrible...
Read moreI placed an order online, went and picked up my order. Got home and realized an order of 15 wings was missing. I called and made sure they were up there and was told yes; she apologized and said it was their bad and said they would offer a 20 wing voucher as well and asked if I wanted to redeem it now or later and I said I’ll pick up the food now and use the voucher another date. All good. I get BACK to the restaurant and had to wait to pick up the missing order. She sat it down and I asked about the voucher and she said no I meant we’re just making the order 20 this time. Definitely not what was said but whatever. I get back home, and since I had to drive back to the restaurant and wait again for the food missing the first time, the food I ordered initially was soggy, missing 3 wings, and barely any sauce on the ones that were there. The queso was completely cold and the container wasn’t even to the halfway mark. I can’t begin to explain how irritating it is to have to work to fix someone else’s mistake and I have to go more out of my way than the workers that made the error. Will absolutely never...
