i stopped in to pick up lunch for my husband and myself. i told the cashier i wanted a number 3 but with no mustard, light mayo and ketchup and no tomato. i also ordered the number 1 with cheese no onions. i thought the total was a little low but there's a line behind me so i pay and step aside. i read my receipt and noticed that instead of the $5 bacon cheese whopper she charged me for a $1.99 bacon cheeseburger. i told her about the mistake and she told me to hold on. she kept ringing up guest. when the bagger handed me my bag i told her it was wrong. the manager miss Debbie came over and asked what i needed. i explained it to her and she very rudely tells me i have to pay the 4 dollar difference. i tell her that's fine i just need the correct burger and have no problem paying it. She then charges me 4.28. so she cheated me out of a dollar but who cares. She then asked me again very rudely why i didn't notice the 4 dollar difference. it is not my job to know the menu or the price. that's what you pay her for. So my fries are getting cold while i wait. i asked for fresh ones and she tells the girl i have to give back the ones in my bag and laughs and i told her i didn't care about that. i got home and my burger had onions and his had tomato. I just want her to do her job and make my food right. i will not be back. i will go to across the street to McDonald's or next door to DQ because you obviously don't want...
Read moreI've been to this location a good bit over the years. Honestly, it's always been pretty solid when compared to other fast food locations when it comes to service and getting things right. However, I want to warn other potential customers about interacting with Assistant Manager Tim. When they got our order wrong today (no big deal, it happens sometimes anywhere you go) he argued with my wife over the phone, claiming that his trusted cook says he's sure it was right, and that we must be mistaken. When she brought the order back up to BK to be re-made, He said they would remake it, but he then started arguing with her again in the front of the store. This caused a bit of a scene as my wife defended herself. It was very embarrassing for my wife. End the end, it wasted an hour of our time as well. I'm not the type of person to leave a negative review for a place over a mistake. I just wanted to warn other customers about interacting with Assistant Manager Tim. If they do happen to get your order wrong, and he is the manager on duty, be prepared for arguments and insults from him before they remake your order. The burger was old, dry and disgusting and it looked like dog food. I called to ask why there were no cheese on any of my burgers and asked to speak with a manager. Allegedly the individual who picked up the phone was the manager, and she immediately caught an attitude with me, showing me that she was not in the mood to fix her mess up. Then after I hung up, realizing I would not be helped, she CALLED ME BACK TWICE. Also deciding to leave a nasty voicemail! Absolutely horrid experience.
