The RUDEST employees. This is the second time I’ve experienced rude employees within the last two months. I understand it’s a stressful job, as I’ve worked in the food industry as well, but to be an employee at the lords chicken, and ride as all get out is diabolical. Somebody needs to clean house at this location. Everybody knows how the line works at diberville, as I have been on this location 800 times. I made the loop around the building, waited in line, I’m the second vehicle from the stop sign, there’s a female employee taking an order at the car in front of me, and a male employee on his iPad beside my car. The male employee goes to the car behind me, and the female gets done with the car in front of me and goes the second car behind me. I thought maybe the male was going to work his way up, but when he finished he went towards the back of the line. I sit at the stop sign, waiting for an employee to come to my car, after waiting 3 minutes, and the employees doing nothing but looking at my car, wondering why I’m not going and slowing the line down, I finally pull forward and make my way around the building. I’m the second car from the window and a female employee ask what my order was and I tell her the situation, with a rude attitude says “well yeah because you need to be in that line” I tell her I was in that line and she scoffs and said right they’ll take your order at the window then. I get to the window and the same female is talking to a male coworker and says yeah I’m trying to get the line moving and cuts her eyes at me and says one of yall can take care of that. The make at the window says “what can I do for you” I say I need to place my order, he says with an attitude “yeah. What can I do for you” order, food finally comes out, and with a dismissive demeanor passes my food to me and walks off. My coworkers won’t even place an order for lunch here because of how horrible this place has...
Read morereally need to rethink how they operate the long lines. while i understand that lines here are usually extremely long and while i will agree they do a great job at getting everyone's order quickly, today their system was completely flawed. I was patiently sitting waiting to make the corner while I was in line. I was facing the smoothie King located right north of the ChicFilA location. There were SEVERAL vehicles who cut through the line in front of me (moving forward was not an option for me because if I had done so i would have blocked the flow of traffic and potentially would have been in a dangerous position with my xaughter in the car with me. I understand they can not control people so when I decided I had enough I was leaving. as I turned another corner I saw another line coming from the other way. ok great it merges into 1(at least this is what i had assumed seeing it happen) boy was I wrong! they took the order of the vehicle that merged that was in front of me. then the vehickle that merged in the line from the opposing direction. great here it is my turn. oh absolutely not! the worker came over and told me I was in the wrong line. I politely explained what happened and the vehicle behind the opposing car from me was the fist one who cut in front of me while I WAS ORIGINALLY IN THE CORRECT LINE BUT MIVED BECAUSE I KEPT GETTING CUT IN KINE AND WAS IN A POTENTIALLY VERY UNSAFE POSITION! he told me i would need to go around the building AGAIN! What in the world??? if I would have veen waiting 5 minutes it would have been no big deal. we were sitting the for 25 minutes and he wanted me to go to the end of the line AGAIN! I politely told him that we would go elsewhere for lunch. I know this probably does not matter to you but we frequent this location at...
Read moreWorst chick fil a experience ever. I had done a pickup order because last time I went and gone through the drive through it took almost an hour. So I had hope it would be fast with a mobile order. However I was wrong. I went inside and the workers were moving like molasses. It looked like they were doing a bunch of nothing. They would make eye contact and not say anything. Just kinda gave dirty looks (and they were about to have the wrong one). They weren’t taking orders after getting a big line. While they had a big line and no one was taking orders or saying anything to the customers in line, I saw one person filling up ice, another person bringing a fork to another chick fil a employee who looked like they were on break and then they were just walking back and forth around the back of the counter (and it was slow walking without any initiative). The whole screen was red. All the customers looked unhappy. Big line in front of cashiers, on pickup order side, and are delivery driver entrance. You would think it was because of drive through, but that was even worse. After waiting some time I decided to ask how long until my order was ready which I should have done at the very beginning because when I did a girl employee went to check and brought my food (that had been ready back) to me. I’m not sure what is going on. This is honestly surprising for a CFA because one expects their food to be out quick and for atleast great customer service such as greeting. Instead you have employees that lack drive and doesn’t seem like they want to be there. Idk maybe y’all need to pay them more or get new ones or something. Deff will think twice before visiting this location again which is sad because it’s the closest one....
