Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in D'Iberville

Went the first Day they open I understand you’re busy on first Day, my Daughter went around 2 pm, she ordered us Chicken salad sandwiches mines was made with eggs and pickles and bacon and cheese, she (didn’t check)made it to our destination it was just the salad , no bread, I was nice about it when I called talk to the manager he was so nice apologetic , very understanding very nice attitude about the whole deal, he told me he would replace the order I told him didn’t have receipt I would pay he no mam I would take care of it, so today 10/5/18 I went back but I stayed in the car then chemo. So I didn’t feel like going in sent my son in told him what to get and ask for the manager. My mistake he didn’t check I got all the way down decided to check bag , and it was plain egg salad sand OMG I was furious and it was hot I’m already sick had to turn around in all that traffic sent my son back in I check before I left guess what the wrong order again I said forget it don’t wanna cause any problems I just left made it to Vancleave all the way from Biloxi , so aggrivated I didn’t bother to eat it it dint even look the same, the first time the mistake was made even tho we got salad not sand it was good I even told the manager how good it was that’s why I told him I’ll pay, this time it wasn’t good, 😖 I was disappointed , sorry for all...

The restaurant is in a great location of the shopping center, not easy to spot from the street, however within the parking lot it's vibrant and bold letter signs is easily spotted. Being that it is in the shopping center there I plenty of parking.

When I first walked in there was a long line. So I was a little worried about the wait. However the efficiency of ordering between the two cashier's and the kitchen prep were outstanding!! Before I knew it I was ordering . Aly was my cashier handled business and also made it a more homely experience by complimenting my shirt (DBZ). I have to give kudos to the kitchen as well I waited Approximately 8 mins after my order to get my order to go.

The overall appearance of the restaurant was awesome! Sort of a picnic backyard feel too it. Very clean! Staff overall was great!! I will most likely dine in next time!

Reasonably priced!!! I ordered the Classic Carol Chicken salad BLT with a side of Mac n Cheese. I was so hungry when I went I forgot to take a photo of the food. However it was dressed and neatly placed in my Togo container. They also include a Sugar cookie and pickle.

I just left this establishment. I was craving a chicken salad sandwich. I placed my order sat right down and was ready to devour my meal. And to my surprise, they brought my sandwich out in brunt bread. I politely asked the young lady if she could take it back and replace the bread because it was brunt. She came back to me and said, thats the way, the toaster cooks the bread, and I said no, that's not the way a toaster cooks bread then I asked her whether this look and smell burnt to her and once again to my surprise she said Nope. At that point, I was done. Then, another young girl asks if I would rather not have it toasted. And now I can't believe what I'm hearing because your toaster is burning bread. You want me to change my order, but your store is next to a Target that sells perfectly good toasters that won't burn bread. Refund my money, and I will eat somewhere that appreciates my money and business. No one cares about customer service anymore. Either you buy what we give you, or you don't...
