We visited the D'Iberville location on 12/21/2023 at 5:45 P.M. We were greeted and seated. Our waitress name was LaLa, and our food runner name was Jatoria. LaLa came a few minutes after we were seated and put in our order for our drinks (strawberry lemonade and it was delicious) and appetizers. We got the southwest eggs rolls with the in-house ranch. They were super delicious along with the ranch. For our entrees, my wife ordered the ultimate cajun pasta, and I ordered the fajita trio. They seemed a bit understaffed because it took forever for our entrees to come out, and once LaLa had a large party, be seated, we didn't see her much. However, LaLa was sweetheart, and she was doing her best to help us. My order wasn't put in correctly, but LaLa made it right, and I wasn't charged for the shrimp. Jatoria was awesome and looked out for us as our food runner. Now on to the food. The food was mediocre. We went spent over $80 with tips, and the food wasn't worth it. We could've gotten better food at McDonald's. My wife ultimate cajun pasta wasn't hot. It was luke warm, and she also had to wait over 5 minutes for garlic bread. My fajita trio rice was burnt, and the whole dish had the burnt flavor through the chicken and steak. The shrimp didn't taste burnt because they had to bring them out separately, and I waited over 10 minutes for shrimp. This was my first Chili's experience, and it didn't turn out well. It was a nightmare. We ended up getting to go containers just to get out of this location. I gave 5 stars to the atmosphere because it was clean and the music was good. I gave 4 stars to the service because of LaLa and Jatoria. I gave 2 stars to the food because it seemed like the kitchen staff just didn't give a d*mn about putting out a great product. I'm a caterer, and I would never put out food that I wouldn't eat or approve of. You eat with your eyes, then...
Read moreToday I had a horrible experience at this chilli's. I'm coming from Minot, ND to visit my sister that is stationed at Kessler AFB while my husband is in a short deployment. Well, we decided to have some lunch at this chilli's and the waitress named Melissa was kind of cold with us. She took forever to take our order, more than 20min to come and take it. The time went by, about 40 minutes, and our babies started getting inconfortable and whining, when suddenly my 11 month baby started throwing up all over me and the floor. I got super scared and worried and my little niece started crying seeing her little cousin like this. NOONE, NOONE helped us!!!! NOONE asked if we were ok! I went to the restroom and my sister told me the waitress passed by the table without even acknowledge her, she had to call her and ask her if she could send someone to help clean that up, what she answered "I'll bring you some napkins"!!!!! Napkins??? When she came back with napkins my sister asked for the food and told her to pack it to go, what she replied "the food is ready, I'll bring you the food and some boxes" what???? Our babies crying, starving, and apparently sick and she treated us this way? The manager came to us and we told her how upset we were and how the service was awful, she just say I'm sorry, and made us pay without any discount or even packing our food!! I was almost in tears! I felt embarrassed and at the same time worried about my baby! We ended up throwing away the food because...

The only reason I’m even giving a one star is because our server (mike, who is super brand new by the way) was amazing. Bartender made trash drinks and we tried to order very basic shots (green tea shots) and she told us that she couldn’t make our shots for us at the moment and proceeded To make other people’s drinks. (Myself and my friend are professional bartenders) It took over 45 minutes to even get a cocktail. We were sat down and then the people next to us were sat and she (the bartender) served them first and didn’t even tell us that someone was coming for us. We sat there for almost 10min before being greeted. (Mike just happened upon our table and said he would help us) She made my crown apple pineapple with sour mix. I literally was given a can of pineapple juice to make my own drink after i asked for some extra pineapple juice to tone down the sour. My friend got a margarita and it tasted like way to much triple sec and sour mix and grenadine. Bartender needs more training on the bar and customer service 1000%. Dirty glasses everywhere (under the beer tap and all over the bar) and there were only 8 tables up in the whole restaurant so it wasn’t super busy. She worked very slow and didn’t have a sense of urgency. The manager went to every table but ours to ask how things were going so I couldn’t even let him know what was going on. I used to love chili’s and not...
