Crumbl — Restaurant in D'Iberville

Went in today wanting to buy a 6 pack, but not being able to know what the new ones taste like I dont want to buy 6 cookies that I don't like. I wanted to definitely purchase a smores cookie and then wanted a pumpkin spice but I didn't know if I wanted 1 or 5. I wanted to take a bite of the pumpkin, like mine, like I would definitely pay for it either way, even if I didn't like it (which I'm sure I would have liked it, it was more a question of would i like it or LOVE it). I couldn't seem to explain that I wanted either 5 pumpkin spice and 1 smore or 1 smore 1 pumpkin spice and 4 chocolate chip. He just kept telling me I had to place my order first. He didn't have samples. Like right I get that but I can't place my order if I dont know what other 4 cookies I want. I'm not gonna buy 1 cookie at 4 dollars to try it and then buy 5 more individually, I wanted the 6 pack which is cheaper. I bought 1 smore for my daughter and left.

I also never got my birthday cookie, been a member for over a year, got it last year, not this year. And I was really looking...

My experience at Crumble Cookies was highly disappointing. Most of the products contain alcohol in their ingredients, and I was not informed about this despite my Islamic identity being clear due to my family wearing hijabs. The management should clearly label each product that contains alcohol, especially since alcohol can be harmful to children and unsuitable for individuals with religious restrictions. Additionally, the staff should have alerted me to the presence of alcohol in the products, particularly given my obvious religious identity.

The service from the staff was below par, and they did not show any appreciation for the tip I gave. The store lacks cultural and religious awareness, making the experience unsatisfactory.

I hope the store improves in these areas, particularly regarding ingredient awareness and customer needs. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it to others seeking a safe and...

I absolutely love and am addicted to Crumbl cookies! I'd give them 5 stars, but they are so expensive that I have to give them 4 instead. Yes, yes, I know that gourmet products have a higher price point, but good grief!! Also, their delivery fee is an ASTRONOMICAL $7.00, so that keeps the star rating at 4, also. But these cookies are so yummy that none of that has stopped me from spending WAY too much on cookies over my 5 week streak! 😆 And I'm about to spend more money THIS week because I simply MUST taste these new flavors that they roll out each week!
