Worst burger I’ve ever had in my life! Not seasoned at all, had weird chewy pieces!? Chicken tenders not cooked throughly, fries pulled too early so not crispy, and the ranch tasted off. I’ll stick with the Gulfport Dairy Queen from now on. This one is severely overpriced anyway. Only thing decent was the blizzard. Plus Gulfport knows how to treat their employees with respect! They’re friendly at Gulfport and work well as a team. (Haven’t been to the Diamondhead location so can’t speak to it.)

This location was super rude and snappy to their own workers (the ones not part of the family, as it was obvious) in front of customers! I hope they quit and find better jobs where they’re treated right. Honestly not surprised, just surprised they did it in front of the customers. The whole atmosphere is tense when you walk in. I won’t support a business like this.

Also, pay attention to the “great” reviews, a whole lot are done by the family/friends/fake profiles that own this. They’re biased to keep it inflated artificially. If you can’t even treat your workers properly, I don’t think you deserve to survive...

Food was basically on par with any Daury Queen I've ever been to. My kid's m&m ice cream didn't have a single m&m in it.. just chocolate, multicolored dust like you'd see at the bottom of an old gumball machine. I was amazed by the complete lack of customer service and professionalism. The cashier gave off the vibe that it was a pretty big inconvenience to take our order and broke up my ordering process to scream into the back. Her screaming was unintelligible, so I couldn't say what it was in reference to. We dined in, so we were treated with her screaming at the back a couple of time. The best part is, the lady with zero professionalism and zero customer service skills is the manager. I gave two stars because the rotisserie chicken things I got were pretty good. This is my favorite place to order ice cream cakes from. They are under new management, but service was fast and friendly. I must say they can use help with decorating the cakes; the young lady who worked there previously was awesome with writing on them.

I sampled a piece of cheesecake prior to ordering a cheesecake birthday cake and the traditional chocolate crunch cake. They thought it didn't have eggs in as I'm allergic to eggs, but it did.

I'm assuming she was the owner or manager and another worker were very concerned after I had the allergic reaction. They made sure several times, asking if I was going to be okay.
