Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in D'Iberville

I decided to post an honest review because of an incident that happened several weeks back that in my opinion was not resolved to my satisfaction. My family and I tend to frequent Domino's several times a month as we enjoy their sandwiches, pastas and pizzas ..but my problem with this Domino's location is the lack of concern or care of my childs and my safety due an issue with a driver being aggressive on the road with me .. including giving me the finger as well as tailgating because he feels I pulled out in front of him. The lack of response from corporate or anyone was unacceptable. Being a local business owner and from the Gulf Coast as well as being in business management for 25 years I did think they would want to do reach out with customer service and do something for me to make me feel satisfied with the outcome of the situation ..but they did not ..so after i emailed my concerns it has several weeks later I never heard anything back...as in..no one came to me to make me feel satisfied as a customer and concern for me regardless of the driver ...so I will proudly give this particular Domino's too enthusiastic thumbs down and as of the date of the incident my family and I are no longer doing business...

Most restaurants close the doors and stop answering the phones about 15 minutes before it is time to close. This Dominoes is an exception to the rule.

I worked late on this particular night. I left my studio at about 11:53 PM. I had an urge for pizza and had been having the urge for a Dominoes pizza all day! I called Dominoes to order a pizza. The representative placed my order. I wanted a medium pizza but actually wanted two medium pizzas. I ordered one and it totalled a little bit more than $12.

After we hung up the phone, I remembered ordering two medium pizzas online (from Dominoes) for the same price. After finding the deal on the Dominoes site, I called back and asked the representative if I could get the same deal that was offered online for two medium pizzas for $5.99 each. She informed me that I could and she changed my order for me.

When I made it to Dominoes, there was a short wait for me to get my order. I really appreciate customer service like I described in this review.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND...

Started off with problems when my husband called the store to order. The guy on the other end of the line kept saying "Brooklyn pizza" and my husband repeated more than once "No, Buffalo Chicken - Hand tossed". Seemed to finally get it right and ordered the 2nd pizza with no problems. Pizzas arrive and what was supposed to be a Hand tossed Buffalo chicken pizza is a Brooklyn pizza with chicken and onions, other pizza is fine. We call the store back to let them know about the screw up and my husband spoke to the same guy who messed up the order originally and the dude tried to argue that my husband told him "Brooklyn pizza". Replacement pizza arrives after delivery guy gets lost and went to the wrong place (he called and we directed him to us) and open the replacement pizza. It was a hand tossed Buffalo chicken pizza that looks like it was drowned in Buffalo sauce. It has enough to cover 2-3 pizzas with a normal amount of Buffalo sauce each. Now we have 2 messed up pizzas that no one in my house...
