Early morning drive through visit. First interactions mean a lot. I was politely greeted at the ordering screen by a freindly employee. I'm a firm believer in first impressions setting the stage for the food experience. I ordered a fried chicken biscuit and a Maple Bacon biscuit. I pulled around to the window and was greeted again with a polite, "Good Morning, your total is...", providing pleasant customer service. We all know that polite customer service has been lacking in some industries over the past few years and fast food service nears the top of the list. This Hardee's is obviously trying to improve this impression. The chicken needed to be fried, meaning fresh fast food. I pulled forward, which is typical when waiting on food to cook. After a short wait, and employee dashed my food to the truck window, informed me that the food was very hot and to be cautious. This is also appreciated. I would rate customer service at this location as high as a typical Chik-Fil-A. This location is obviously managed by knowledgeable leadership and operated by caring staff members. I decided to order regardless. I checked my bag to make sure I had enough of cheese on my bacon cheese fries, and the box containing my chicken tenders was soggy. As I started pulling everything out to see where the leak came from, the bag started tearing.
As I pulled my items out, I notice the box to my fries was soggy too. I opened them up, and the cheese sauce was watered down. I didn't get a picture of the fries because the young lady pulled them off of the counter due to the mess.
She asked the young man cooking our food about the cheese sauce, and he blamed someone else for not making the cheese sauce right. I quickly informed him that he didn't have to pour the orange watery substance on the fries; he should've said something.The young lady corrected my order.

Read moreWent here on 5/01/16 ordered a very large order , over 22.00; only to realize when we got to where we were going, the order was not completed. Over half of my order was not there.. 6 biscuits, 2 grits, etc. When realizing this I tried to call, no one answered phone. A few hours later, I stopped bye the store, only to be humiliated, from the manager saying that they threw my order away. And that she had told drive thru girl to tell us to pull up. Which Hardees never does! She tried to give us the missing biscuits, by this time we'd already had to share our breakfast and make do, so I told her I didn't want it now. Needless to say, she said she would give me my money back, for the biscuits we didn't get, not my complete order , for any inconvenience that was caused. Pretty Bad! They should have given the completed amount back what kind of business is that. I would not even give one star for service, but I had to to be able to...
