If you get a fountain drink with your delivery order, just know they force your delivery driver to prepare it. I don't know why the staff doesn't make them. Three staff members were just standing behind the counter and staring at me, a delivery driver,...not one, felt like they should complete the order. I asked who was going to come with me on the delivery to walk the order to the customer's door...they rolled their eyes, apparently, THAT was silly. Go figure. They then called me "lazy" for not preparing the drinks and refused to give me the order unless I made the drinks. I called the customer on speaker and said drinks were unavailable and asked if they wanted a refund for the drinks. The customer said "yes". The staff said "I dont care!" and still refused to give the order. The entire counter staff was rude.They would rather an order be canceled than to fix drinks that THEY sold. It was weird. One of the staff said "We'll get paid anyway!"...THEIR customer went without food they paid and waited for -over a power trip. Doordash refunded the customer and still paid me...but imagine losing business because you're demanding someone else to finish what you were paid for...but I'm "lazy"?? I was raised on the belief that someone's character can be determined by how they treat people they feel can do nothing for them. This restaurant failed. They thought by not giving me the order they were stopping me from earning....when in reality, I got paid anyway, because you couldn't justify to DD why you didn't give me the order. Ultimately, you screwed over YOUR customer...for what? This isn't a review about being a driver, this is a review of how they treat their paying customers. Spend your money where you'll be respected, not at Ichiro. If it helps, Chopsticks is across the street...Sakura and Marble Slab are in the same parking lot and BOPS is down the street....

Everything is made to order just as normal hibachi is, if you are running short on time, order online and they will have it ready for you when you arrive, you may wait up to 20 minutes for your order if they are busy and you order during a rush. But it is worth the wait. I have been slowly trying things through the menu. Although it has been hard because I am tempted to get their Volcano Roll each time I have been, it is THAT good. It is a tad on the big side, but I like that you get what you pay for. You can make a meal of one order. (I like extra yum-yum sauce with mine, but it is great without it) The Yamato roll is good, it has a "variety" of fish, it tastes like spicy tuna. It is also very messy, and has not been my favorite so far. The teriyaki (Chicken and Steak) has a very light flavor, but it is good. The lo mien is similar, light in flavor but good. The vegetable fried rice order is enough for one person to eat 3 meals, it is very good. I was quite surprised at the quality of the fried rice, It is well worth the cost. It has actual vegetables and not just the Americanized pea and carrot combination. The fried dumplings need improvement. They taste frozen. The Thai ice cream rolls are very decadent, you can tell they use real cream, it is very thick, I would advise you share if you've just eaten a meal, because you won't finish it! I just went in tonight to pick up my online order I placed my order online as I always do I ordered 3 sushi rolls totaling 34.80. When I arrived I told the lady (older looking lady with dark hair) (not the nice dressed lady whom is usually there) at the register I had an online order she said we don’t hav any orders I showed her my phone that the order was received and confirmed the guy then came from the kitchen with my order so she took my card and I said oh thanks I got scared I thought my order didn’t go through she then handed me my card back and said next time don’t order online cause we won’t make it! I said what? Why? She said we too busy for online orders I then asked if that’s not what the online order option is for she said yea but we busy so we won’t be taking special orders when we busy I said how is my order special she said when u don’t come in and order it’s considered a special order I said I didn’t understand the problem here she said just leave, leave now!
