Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in D'Iberville

Ordered two extra most bestest, 3 stuffed crazy bread and 3 ranch. Simple right? Wrong. My husband and I went through the drive through and the lady that helped us was high as a kite. We told her the name on the order twice. Finally she found it, then she charges our card. After that she comes to tell us that they only had 2 stuffed bread and 1 regular. As well as they were supposedly out of regular ranch, so she tried giving us jala01a00peno ranch. I told her no thank you. I'm sitting there wondering why I got charged for 3 stuffed cheese breads when they only had two, as well as being charged for all 3 ranchs. All of a sudden when I ask for a refund of the ranches and the charger of the crazy bread they didn't have.. she suddenly found the ranch we wanted after I asked for a refund. Then she didn't refund my cheese bread.. she charged me full price for something I didn't even get. To top it off we get home and the bottom of the pizza is a little burnt and the cheese bread we did get was cold. NEVER going back. I do NOT recommend this location. Been here 3 times. I have recently been to this location and thought I would try it out the customer service here is atrocious the first time last week I stood there without being greeted while the two women Young light skinned girl with long hair.sat behind the counter out of sight gossiping with foul language while they knew I was waiting to be helped I eventually was able to get my order. I was guessing it was just a one time thing but I am mistaken. Today at approximately 12:20 PM I came to this location once again to pick up my order. The young lady there Lily was at the window with another customer chatting looked at the door saw me and scoffed and turned back to her customer without greeting me or showing me any type of regard. I proceeded to stand there for several minutes without a word being said to me while the ladies in the back just looked at me without a word as well. Miss Lily even came around the corner and walked completely around me without a word and back to the person at the window. I was finally able to receive my order today. I am a loyal customer and it can be shown with my surveys/orders on this account. Anyway, I had to download the app on a new phone which took awhile and I had to sign in. I had accidentally made an order to the wrong store. As it was tye only store to pop up in tge location and I was going fast as my store was closing soon. I had to call multiple times to have them cancel my order. No answers. I had to call a lot. I have the call log. I finally got ahold of them and they cancelled my order and refunding my money. I went to redo my order online about 14 before closing to the Popps ferry location. I'm not sure what but the mobile ordering wasn't going through. I wanted my free drink. I called the store and whether or not they care, they said there wasn't anything they can do about my order/drinks. It's the only location I go to and I had gone like 4 days straight before this, but after their lack of care, I will not order from this pizza place again.
