I don’t ever post negative feedback on local businesses but after reading some of the negative comments I want to share my horrible experience. I bring my grandson to get a cookie everyday after school. The nice lady told me about the APP to download to get points and rewards. Yesterday I finally was able to down load the app and I went to the young girl behind the counter and showed her I have the app and how does it work. She was not rude and stated that they don’t honor the Great American cookie app at that store. I was confused since their location was on the app. I told her their location is on the app and then she handed me the advertisement they have sitting on the counter to download their app. I did and it was the same app I have on my phone. I stated that was false advertising if they were not going to honor something they are advertising sitting on their counter and not good customer service. Customer comes in and can’t use something they are advertising. The young RUDE boy stated yeah it is was very rude to me. I still purchased 2 cookies for my grandson but will not return back to that location. I did call and the operation manager called me back. Made it sound like she she needed to train him and he is young. I will not tolerate a young person get rude with me. Read moreI’ve been here a few times since opening. I want to give 5 stars so badly but after seeing one of the young employees behavior toward her coworkers, I decided against it. Each time the young men served us, they were very kind and professional. I also had the pleasure of being served by Gabrielle( if I’m spelling her name right). This was about two weeks ago. She had a bad attitude with a smirk but didn’t say anything. Her body language said it all. This is a tall and big boned very young white lady. She never said one word the whole time serving and no smile whatsoever. Upon completion of my order, two of her coworkers were working with a customer. On her way to cash out my order, she pushed right through the two young men while moving them to the side out of her way. ( 1young Hispanic male & 1 young Black male) They didn’t bother or look at one another. They pretended it never happened, which means that it happens very often. The two young men let professionalism take over and did not let up. If I could give these two young mean 5stars for their excellent service and training, I would! Read moreWalked in with kids to get ice cream at 8:15pm. Was greated but somewhat rushed to order. We all ordered and I was the last. I ordered the the young man made my ice cream. We paid, checked out, and I still waited for mine. The lady behind us got her ice cream, checked out and left and I finally received mine. Upon receiving it, it was mostly melted. It looked nothing like the picture, so my husband asked them to re make it since it literally looked like soup. The workers responded that it was like that because of the hot caramel and it would only melt again, refusing to re make it. Very disappointed and won't return. Never have I ever been served melted ice cream and paid for it, if I hadn't already paid for it AND tipped $5 I wouldn't have. Managers please train your...
