This McDonald's in D'Iberville is poorly run from afternoon through night. Every time we come through, which is not often, the service is terrible. Again tonight sat in drive through at the speaker for 15 minutes, not the first time, no one at the windows either. Order finally gets taken, pull around to the first window where there is an issue. Get my receipt, pull to the next window, where the girl hands me one of our drinks, was not asked if i needed a drink tray, they never ask when you have more the two drinks, was told to go to spot 5 where we sat for another twelve minutes. Employee comes out with our food, but the other drinks she did not have. I asked where our frappes were. Answer was you don't have them, no, oh they were supposed to tell you we were out of carmel, she was supposed to ask you if you wanted mocha instead. Told her, the only thing said to us was could you move to spot 5. Told her mocha would be fine. Waited a few more minutes. We finally got our drinks. Total time from beginning to end was 35 minutes for two meals, a drink and burger. Does this D'Iberville McDonald's have managers? It is poorly run, poorly trained, employees spend more time goofing off then working. The wait time and service is poor. Rule of thumb was to have the food ready, served with napkins and asked if you need any condiments or drink trays when they reached the second window within in 3 minutes from time of order to the handing off the order. Sad how service is not of any importance at this location, the owners apparently don't care either, just the...

Read moreI ordered 2 milkshakes. After waiting 17 minutes in a slot which I was asked to pull into after paying, and watching the little kids laugh as they made several others sit and wait- I walked up to the window (rather than get back in line for another half hour) and asked where my order was. The little punk laughed and said "oh I don't know hahaha". So I said I need a refund. -I don't know what kind of twisted games these kids are playing. But I saw through it. They didn't like that I wanted a refund. They gave me back my card with the refund receipt, and slammed the window shut with anger. I don't know about you, but I have a life and when I go somewhere that's labeled " fast food" and I wait for 17 minutes just for 2 drinks while kids play around and have all the doors locked at 5pm, have several people waiting (for drinks ), yet others immediately get their orders and drive off- it raises a red flag. I have reached out to McDonalds, as well as the owner of this particular location- and to no surprise, I have received no response. This is not the first time I have gotten extremely poor service (or lack there of) at McDonald's. They have gone wayyyy downhill. I don't eat their food, because I know better. But the occasional frozen treat for my daughter and I has become an enjoyment. However, I'm glad this happened because I discovered a much better place to go for our treats. Save your money and go across the street to Dairy Queen where they have much better milk shakes and excellent...
