Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in D'Iberville

My girlfriend and I love Moe’s and this is one of the best that we have visited. No matter what state I’m in, Moe’s has never disappointed. The staff at this particular one is very friendly. Loaded our order with meat. Reheated my burrito (without being asked) because the restaurant was packed. Will visit again.

Update: Me and my fiancée revisited this location and had a much different experience that the first time. When we ordered the young man taking the order had to ask us to repeat our order several times only seconds after us telling him. He was also very sloppy in how he got the ingredients, throwing bits of some ingredients into the bins off others. He stopped putting our orders together several times to talk to the other staff. The cashier was only half listening, which caused him to ring up the wrong order, so i asked to get the difference back for the over charge, but by the time he figured it out, our food was cold. When we did eat our food, non of the meat was seasoned. Positives from this trip though, the queso was pretty good and the managers were nice. Bumped my review from 5 stars to 3 based...

I ordered the Steak Homewreaker Burrito, with some chips and a drink. LET ME TELL YOU: that burrito was literally THE BEST BURRITO I've ever had in my life. Granted, they ask you what all you want on it. I wanted mine to imitate that which was advertised on their menu. However, I didn't want to overload it - instead, to keep things at a minimum. But it all looked so good!!! 😏 To the steak, I had added cilantro rice; a TINY amount of beans (You know why!!! 🤭😏); some sort of pre-mixed amount of diced tomatoes, onions, etc; guacamole; a thin layer of vinaigrette; and the juice from a slice of lime. To each his own, but that random combination of ingredients, along with the perfectly-cooked steak that the staff here at Moe's Southwest Grill prepared, created a plethora of awesomeness in my mouth that I haven't been able to experience here lately at food joints. EVERY time I go to this Moe's. I pay for a cup of Queso. They NEVER put it in the bag whether it be a to-go order or a dine-in order. Half the time they do not put my child's cookie on the bag either. I eat here often and I am a pretty understanding person but, when different employees on different shifts throughout an extended period of time consistently neglect to include an item or 2 items I pay for every single time then there is something wrong with that scenario. I won't be coming back to eat here again, today was the last straw for me when they forgot both the cookie and the Queso and I ordered cilantro on my stack, while my boyfriend didn't get cilantro yet, my stack had no cilantro and my boyfriend's burrito had more cilantro on it than any human being should ever consume.
