PJ's Coffee — Restaurant in D'Iberville

I used to go here all the time and get the same thing. I would get an extra large iced latte with mocha and vanilla well this time that I went I ordered a large instead of an extra large. Well, I got to the window and told her that I ordered a large instead of an extra large and she said it’s OK. I can remake it I said, can you just put it in a large cup and just make more to finish it. And she said yes, absolutely. But she didn’t. She just went and got more ice added it to the extra large cup and poured the large into the extra large. How do I know this? Because she didn’t even go to where you make the coffee because I’ve literally watch them make my drink before. The coffee and muffin I got, as well as the service, was pheonominal, the person at the drive thru was very nice when they found my doordash order, telling me it'd be easy to get that fixed for me. The most shocking and frustrating thing to know was finding out that this person was the only one working. On a Sunday morning. I'd expect someone there to be helping them with orders, not manning the place by themselves. The worker did nothing wrong by doing their job, they did wonderfully in fact. It's the fact that someone else wasn't there to help them pick up the slack and make the line go by faster when orders...

I got off the interstate specifically to go here. I got to the window and sat there and no one said anything to me. I asked if they were open and still got nothing so I pulled up to the front window and there was no one there. I could see the employees car parked out there, but no employee. By the time I gave up, I had cost myself 12 minutes including the driving time off the interstate and back to the interstate. When I tried to stop at Starbucks they were so packed I couldn’t even get any coffee before my 12 hour shift. Being ignored this morning at PJs, really tanked...
