I’m currently traveling across the country heading towards Texas and was passing through. I just needed something for the night and saw popeyes thinking it would taste good for my family and I. First they gave us 3 wrong drinks as we kept correcting them and then had restate each drink we ordered, but when we got our food we parked to eat quickly and realize that they didn’t get a single order right ( there was 6 of us ! ) We didn’t mind too much so we just ate some but one person wanted their spicy tenders so went inside and showed the receipt and everything and continued to give us regular ones. we brushed it off and went to eating. turns out they didn’t even put gravy on our mashed potatoes and put a spicy sauce. Typically i give restraunts multiple try’s because i work in fast food so i understand the struggle, but this was completely sloppy, and unorganized. And never will i EVER return to any popeyes again, very disappointed. Another point is that not a single one of them had their mask on correctly or over their nose and mouth, i’m not trying to sound like a karen but i feel like in a time like this if you work in fast food it’s very important to wear mask probably to slow the spread. i promise no one likes the mask but it’s just common respect to other people so they don’t have to loose weeks of their lives or possibly have fatal sicknesses from it. * oh and just to add the very long wait when there was no one in...

As a customer - I will not return to this location. There is no sense of urgency. They are incredibly slow, so slow - snails racing over a frozen sheet of salt moves faster. Professionalism to any degree is non existent.
As a delivery driver - I have asked all 3 platforms I contract and service to block/not send any further offers originating from this location. Many of my colleagues have done so or are beginning to do the same.
The increased unprofessionalism from the non management staff and a few of the management staff, increased inefficiency of order fulfillment up to and including this location treating delivery orders/drivers as a inconvenience has become unacceptable. We are there in place of your paying customers and expect to be treated with the same respect, professionalism, and efficiency you would show any other paying individual/customer. Read moreThe order was totally wrong. Called to complain gave details of what was on versus what was received. The so called Manger proceesed to tell he would give mea credit for a four PC dinner on my next visit. But I had to use it in 30 days. The last time I went in and checked the order at the counter guess what it was wrong. When I complained the young man behind the counter just laughed. Didn't go back for a while. So why would I want to return anytime soon. I will admit I did get irate it seem like the customer service is lacking a lot. Told me that his employees get over stimulated and don't pay attention to the orders they are filling. Seems like the lack proper training. Then told me did not have to listen to me yelling and he could hang up the phone and nick the credit. I told him to do just that. I was going on facebook to slam Popeyes in dibervile. It seems costumer service has died there. And yes I did start yelling. I did not feel as though he was sincere. Yes every one makes mistakes.
