My boyfriend and I really wanted some fresh juice after a long morning of swimming and in a steam room in the gym so we decided to try this place. The juices were just ok, very expensive and she also mentioned that they didn’t have any real mangos as it’s my boyfriend’s favorite fruit but that they had a mango syrup that she could use so he was quite disappointed about that. I love a good green juice and I was also saddened to know that they were out of kale for the drink I wanted, I settled for spinach which totally made the drink taste different then I’m used to. Lastly! While we were on our way home my boyfriend mentioned that the young lady was staring at him so much that it made him uncomfortable. She was talking to us a lot and making conversation but apparently when I wasn’t looking she was sneaking in stares at my boyfriend, he even said a couple of times he’d look up and she’d be staring dead at him. I saw him a couple of times looking a little off or disoriented but I didn’t want to overthink things. Finally stopped by Pura Juice bar in D’Iberville. So glad I did! I’m really happy more healthy choices are making their way to the MS coast. It is long overdue! They have smoothies and juices and you get A LOT for your money compared to other places. They are cashless so be sure to have a card with you. Pictured is the green machine with some edits. I changed from Granny Smith apple to red for sweetness and removed celery and it is AMAZING! I make a kale tonic at home in my Vitamix with water and the exact same ingredients and have to push it through a sieve to remove all the pulp. I was so thrilled to find a juice bar with clean healthy juices. This place is phenomenal, they have the ginger lemon cayenne and turmeric health shots which are game changer if you start feeling sickly, it will literally haul the sickness and its tracks. This place is absolutely adorable, spotless and the staff is impeccable. The juices are quality and amazing and they make them fresh right in front of you.
